SIDE STORY (R x L)

note: this is another side story of ANOTHER pair of characters so do not confuse them with the previous one

Rhia's POV

It's the third day of the year-end festival and I'm currently in the TOWER OF PERCEPTION for I'm helping out in arranging the books since mom needed some help and being the good girl, I'm here for her plus I got nothing to do anyway.

As I was picking up the books being left on the table, I saw two grade schoolers, (a boy and girl) from another table laughing at a certain book that their reading and I cant help but give a bitter smile for I remembered someone from MY PAST.

Have you ever had a CHILDHOOD FRIEND that you were so close with, then one day, things just CHANGED and there was no reason at all

Won't you feel betrayed at all? I mean, you both swore that you're going to be friends forever then POOF! he just disappeared from your life like a bubble

Harsh, isnt it? that's what I thought too and because of that certain incident in my past, I changed to being cold to others but then, Yuri came and changed me back but not ENTIRELY for there is still a part of me which bears HATRED & HURT for that certain SOMEONE.

"Rhiannon" I pulled out of my thoughts as my mom calls out for me through telepathy which she only does when we're in this place since we dont want any NOISE

"Yes?" I politely asked

"I just wanted to let you know that after you return those books, you're holding then you can leave for I can handle it and you should take a look of the booths since you seem bored here" Well, even though my mom has a strict demeanor, she's actually really nice and caring since I am her, ONLY CHILD after all.

"Okay" after that, I put the books that I was holding, back to where their specific places were and left the place without saying goodbye for mom seem busy by talking to Miss Malou and speaking of Miss Malou, I wonder what they talked with Yuri but I guess its none of my business so I brushed the idea off my mind.

Leaving the tower, I only have one place in mind which I wanted to go and that was the FOREST OF THE LOST.

Last time when I toured Yuri and told her that this place is quite dangerous for one could easily get lost but since, I've grown used to the area then it was a piece of cake to find my way around it but other than that, this place holds a SPECIAL MEANING to me.

When I was a pre-school student and still new to the academy, my mom always reminds me that I shouldnt get close to the forest for its a place where I cant expect to come out alive from but that didnt scare me in any way.

Being the adventure type at a young age, I had a chance to go to the forest since my mom hasnt fetch me yet and classes ended early so with a determined face, I went in the forest and it was a place that I least expect it to be

"Woooowwww!!!!" was the first thing that I said as I scanned the place full of trees which had a perfect shade that nothing else could be compared to. The trees also had a majestic glow on it as if it was literally glowing or something and being a young child, I couldnt help but be amazed

As if on a trance, I was walking around the place and to think, I dont even know where I'm going at that time but being astound by the sight that I'm seeing, I couldnt seem to think that I was already getting lost

The sun was setting when I realized that I had already been gone for a long time and that my mom will scold me if I dont get back but that thought wasnt the reason why I started to feel chills in my spine but it was when, the trees or should I say the forest which looked so mystical at first seemed to change into a dark and quite horrifying place with the trees gone dark and I hardly could see the way for it became pitch black
