Courtney grumpily tumbled down into the wheelchair. Her clumsiness and discontent made Juice hesitant to laugh depsite him finding her attitude hilarious! "With all this new goddamn technology, how the hell has no-one invented temporary legs?" Courtney muttered, making herself (or tried to) make herself comfortable in the wheelchair. "Just think of it this way- you can watch as many movies as you want without feeling like you should clean the house!" Happy pointed out, walking in with great timing. Courtney gave him an unimpressed glance. "You never feel like you should clean the house," Happy realised, looking up at Juice. Juice just shook his head. "Did anyone get me food at least?" Courtney blurted out, rubbing her eyes. Juice and Happy just stare at each other, absolutely petrified. "We're going now. Jesus. Little miss moody," Happy scoffed, trying to start pushing Courtney in the wheelchair. She watches the eye contact. "Firstly, I am not on my period. Secondly, I can push myself. Thirdly.... I don't know....I'll figure it out," she stated, glaring at Happy and Juice like they were two students in trouble. "Yes ma'am," he contently answered. "I'm going to see Rat."
"You're leaving me aren't you?" Rat groaned as he saw Courtney roll through the door. "You should be happy man! You can actually sleep now!" Courtney replied, tapping his leg. "Now that you mention it... You're still gonna visit right?" Rat asked as he and Courtney did their unique handshake- cripple style. "Nah...no shit of course I am!" "Good! You were the only reason that nurse kept coming to check up on me," Rat decided to mention. Courtney gave him a teasing grin. He pressed his head against the pillow with a look of regret on his face. "Should not have said that," he muttered, shaking his head. "Ah ha ha! I knew it! You and nurse Kennedy... I can see it happening. She's cute, man. I approve," Courtney teased. Rat looked at her wearily. "Really?" He questioned. "For sure bro! I'll have a chat to her when she comes in now," Courtney sighed cheekily. Rats eyes widened. "Wait! What? Is she coming? Give me more warning... What..." He whinged, suddenly stopping as Nurse Kennedy walked through the door. "Leaving today aren't you?" She asked Courtney. "Unfortunately I am," Courtney replied. "What's he going to do to hide his awkwardness around someone he fancies when he actually has to talk now you won't be here?" Kennedy queried, hinting her liking for Rat. Rat blushed a deep red colour, reminiscent of a lobster. "Maybe he's just going to have to man up and ask you on a date or something? I'm not quite sure," Courtney claimed, in a manner to light and casual for Rat's liking. They both looked at the lobster between them. "I'll leave you guys to it. Will be back in a few days. Don't have too much fun without me big guy." Courtney gave Rat a kiss on the cheek and then sped off in her wheelchair.
Courtney rolled her way down the hallway towards Juice and Happy. "Ready to go home?" Happy wondered, attempting to push Courtney. "Yep!" she happily answered. "Let the fun really begin," Juice scoffed. "I feel bad for you guys already... dad! Don't even think about pushing me! Otherwise I will roll over your foot. And may as well add this one too," Courtney retaliated, leading them through the doors, knowing the rest of the guys would be there. And she wasn't wrong. "CC!" Chibs, Jax, Bobby and Tig cheered. Courtney slightly jumped at the exclaimation, making Juice and Happy laugh. "Original. Real original guys," Courtney laughed, shaking her head. "Cripple Courtney has a great tone, don't you think?" Tig teased. Courtney gave him the evil eye. "Transylvanian Tig," she blurted out. "Did you just call me a vampire?" Tig queried, not looking too impressed. "Uh huh!" Courtney smiled. She rolled along with Chibs and Jax while Tig was left speechless, attempting to figure out the reference. Happy just shook his head, tapping Tig's shoulder before walking off. Only Juice was left next to Tig. "I know," Juice assured, slowly nudging Tig along.
Happy and Courtney stop by the club house to see how the clean-up was going. "Are you sure you don't want to go home?" Happy asked Courtney, who was busy adjusting the rim of the cast. "Huh? Oh yeah! Of course! I want to see what they've done to it," Courtney replied, sitting back to look out the window. "You sure?" Happy repeated. Courtney looked at him oddly. "Yes dad. I am very sure. Besides, I want to see if Fiasco really is good with the tools like he says he is," Courtney joked. "Ok," Happy smirked, awkwardly staring right ahead. Courtney noticed. "Have you been back there at all since it happened?" Courtney questioned. Happy was silent for a moment. "We don't have to go if you don't want to," she mentioned. "No. No. It's fine. Don't worry about me," Happy stated. "Are you sure?" "Yeah. It's fine. Better sooner rather than later." "Are you sure?" "Courtney, it's fine. It's all good." "Dad?" "Honey, it's fine." Courtney looked at him with a watchful eye. "I want to see if Fiasco did a legit job and then tease Juice about it." "Fair enough."
