his brown eyes stared hard at me, until he engulfed me in a tight hug.

"please tell me everything." he whimpered.

i sighed, falling into the hug. "alright. but we'll have to go somewhere else in case my dad shows up. i'll leave a note real quick."

i ran back to my room and grabbed a jacket and wrote a note to my dad:

'hey dad! i ran to the store real quick to get some more cereal and eggs. i'll be home later, bye!'

i places it on the kitchen table and walked back to jimin, who stood waiting for me by the door.

"let's go." we walked outside into the cold air and hopped in a car.

"you drive to wherever is safest."

"is this yours?" i asked.

"my dads." his response was short and subtle.

i started the car and began driving.

"jimin do you...remember me?" my voice came out small.

the road we were driving down became familiar to me from many years ago.

"no, i don't. i wish i could remember you, but your name is only familiar at the moment."

i forced a smile. "it's okay."

we pulled up to my old house that i lived in before we moved.

"did you used to live here before?" jimin asked me.

we got out of the car and i grabbed jimin's hand to guide him to the back of the house. back to the forest.

"yeah, this is where you and i used to play hide and seek a lot." we were now walking the trail of the forest until we were sat on rocks.

"what would you like to know?"

he took a deep breath. "...everything."

i sighed before starting from the very beginning. "...well we met 9 years ago..."
