Today, there was a big party to celebrate the end of Runaway Love, in which was rated with 4.9/5 stars from netizens.
this party was a huge one—i was really surprised the directors could even host a big party like this.
at dawn, i dressed myself in an extremely formal dress, as the party was being held in a big-ass mansion and showing up in jeans is probably unacceptable.
when i was finished, i went outside, to see eunwoo waiting there. boy, he looked dashing. more than dashing. his attractiveness climbed up to levels i didn't even know was possible in one evening.

he finally looked at me, looked away, but then did a whole double-take. "who the hell are you??"
i rolled my eyes. "i hate you."
eunwoo flashed me a prince-like smile and walked towards me. "so someone like you can get this beautiful, after all."
"you're so petty. hurry up, i don't want to be late." i said.
he chuckled and caught up to me. "you're beauty is too glowing for me. you look like a goddess, did you get plastic surgery or something?? you're so—"
i glared at eunwoo and elbow his stomach. "you little bitch i did not get plastic surgery—"
"owowowowow—jUst kidding just kidding!!" eunwoo whined.
"if you want to compliment me, do it the right way please." i said haughtily.
"fine. you look beautiful." eunwoo murmured. "so beautiful that i wonder if i've never fallen in love before because god was waiting for me to meet you."
i blushed and little and turned to him. "wow, that statement sounded really perfect. you want me that badly, don't you?" i smirked.
"tsk. delusional." he said, walking ahead of me.
"tsk. delusional." i mocked after him.

we arrived together in front of the humongous mansion, and i stared in awe at the magnificent structure for a minute (or 30) until we finally walked inside.
"the director's social circle is very big, as you can see." eunwoo said, gesturing at the floor packed with people dressed in extravagant gowns. and i thought i was overdoing it before.
my stomach grumbled at the exquisite variety of foods but i stopped myself from picking and eating. my manager keeps nagging me that my weight will finally catch up to my eating one day. now i'm paranoid.
we wandered around, greeting the guests and taking pictures.
"i'm tired." i whined. "why are there so many people??"
eunwoo ignored me and continued greeting guests, forcing me to greet them as well.
"i'm getting something to drink. be right back." i said.
"don't get trampled on while i'm gone." he said, as i parted from the dude and walked to the stand of drinks.
i gulped down a lemonade, tempted to drink the wine sitting there but deciding not to.
"eunbi-ah."
i set my glass down and turned around, my heart dropping seeing who it was. "ah, mister...hongmin." i don't know you, i don't know you, i don't—
"hi, eunbi." an older lady next to mr. hongmin greeted me. "it's me, your mother."
i laughed nervously, knowing better than to spurt out rude remarks in public. "hello, mrs. mina."
i looked at a teenage boy next to the mother. he resembled me a lot, with his dyed-brown hair styled in a trendy style. "you must be....?"
"seo kangmin." the 10-something-year old said. "you must be eunbi." he said plainly.
i nodded and flashed a fake smile. "nice to meet you."
"uh huh."
tsk. rude child indeed. someone get me out of here please.
"this is your family, shouldn't you act more respectful?" mrs. mina asked.
i blinked a couple times. "huh? ah, yes. i'm sorry, it hasn't settled in for me yet." another fake smile.
"eunbi, seeing this now, look how happy we are." mr. hongmin said. "you can join us. here." he gestured at around him. "this is our building, you know that?"
i chuckled. "i didn't, and i'm perfectly fine by myself." i clenched my fists behind me. if you're happy, then we do you suddenly want me back? won't i "ruin" it all?
"come back to our family." mrs. mina said.
"but mom—" kangmin started, but stopped when she gave him a stern look.
i narrowed my eyes a little, and shook my head. "i—"
"eunbi, eunbi, eunbi." a voice said behind me. i turned around, and saw eunwoo standing there. he made his way next to me, flashing a smile and nodding to each one of "my family" members.
"nice to meet you, i'm cha eunwoo, who plays kwon hyunjin in the drama." he introduced, placing a hand lightly around my waist.
i smiled at him. thank jesus my savior has arrived.
eunwoo looked at me. "the director wants to see us." he looked at my dumbfounded family. "sorry, director is first priority."
mr. hongmin looked at the two of us with confusion, but quickly put on a fake smile. "go ahead. let's talk about you moving in after, alright?"
"no, because afterwards, she has to go meet with the vice-director, the main writer, the editor, and all the producers and interns, as a thank you to them for working hard. sorry." eunwoo smiled once again, before pulling me away.
i looked at him with wide eyes. "you crazy son of a—"
"oops. did i overdo it?" he asked and chuckled. "anyways, are you really moving in??"
i quickly shook my head. "that's ridiculous. i would never. i'm forgetting about them." i said and smiled. "now let's go meet the director."
"oh, but the director didn't actually call us." he laughed. "i made it up."
i looked at him with disbelief. "geez, you're scary." i said. "but thanks, eunwoo."
