Keerthana pov:

I got up to see that I was in a room I was sleeping on a soft bed. I'm for sure not in a hospital but where am I, how did I reach here?

As I got up my head started spinning. Ignoring that feeling I went for the door knob. I expected it to be locked because I thought I was kidnapped but to my surprise it was open.

I started taking slow steps I found a stair case so I started going down slowly.

As I was approaching downstairs I could see two people talking.

"How dare you didn't inform us about this before?" Growled the 1st voice.
Really growling or I'm hallucinating because of my headache.

I ignored it. Then I heard this voice.
"I tried coming yesterday and informing but I couldn't" said for 2nd voice. As soon as the second voice spoke I knew who it was.

I started running downstairs by shouting Malli's name. She came running towards me and hugged me tightly.

I had many questions in my head I wanted to ask her. But when I saw this strange stranger who is almost 6 feet tall I kept them to myself.

I saw he came near me and asks me how I'm feeling. I said I'm good now.

"I am Liam the be.." malli inturupted him saying " one of the important persons here" I felt something was wrong but left it for now.

I shook hands with Liam and was talking to Malli.

Meanwhile conversation between Malli and Liam

Today I called the pack house requesting to talk to the alpha William.

They said he was not available so the beta Liam took my call. I informed him about the attack and he was ready to come and talk in person.

In less than 15 min there was a knock on the door. So I went to get it. I opened to see a 6 feet tall person. He was so handsome.

"I am Liam are u Malli the one who called at the pack house" he asked. "Y...es.. , I..called " I was shuttering.
He just smirked at me.
"Come inside " I said to him.

He came in and sat on the couch. And he was looking at me intendly waiting for me to start explaining.

"So" he said. I narrated him the incident from the time I saw her on the ground. I took her to the pack hospital and got her checked it's been a full one day she didn't get up.

The pack doctor said it might be the attack of some rogue as it was a heavy stroke on the back of the head. It was not possible for any normal human to hit with such a force.

"I don't recognize the smell too so I'm pretty sure it's not the work of any member of the pack " says the pack doctor.

Then I shifted her from the hospital to my house.

As I narrated the incident he was quite and listened with utmost concentration he didn't even blink the whole time he was just casually sitting but concentration levels were at the peaks.

"How dare you didn't inform us about this before?" Liam literally growled.

"I tried coming yesterday and informing but I couldn't" I said before I could explain him more I heard my name and saw keerthu running my way. 

Without wasting any more time I ran towards her and hugged her as if my life depended on her.

Back to present conversation

"Uhmm" Liam said to get our attention.

"Can you explain what exactly happened before you were unconscious" Liam asked me. I looked towards Malli she nodded in agreement and squeezed my hand to comfort me.

We took seats on one of the couch. Liam took the opposite couch from us. I explained them everything from the time when I got off the plane till I became unconscious.

Malli had some unshed tears in her eyes. Liam was silent the whole time but was intently hearing me.

After my small narration.
"You both need to come to the pack house. Get ready". Liam said.

Malli tried reasoning that we will visit tommorow because I just got up but Liam didn't even budge.

So we started to get ready in about 30 min we were ready to leave for the pack house.
