The week passed in a gist. Today was the day when I was going to be introduced to the pack members.
The past week I became friends with William. He is not so bad as I thought he was before.
He promised me to be by my side the whole evening at the function. So now the time was 5 we have one hour to get ready so me and Malli started searching for our Saree's. Yes I was going to wear a Saree cause it's our Indian tradition.
I wore a white Georgette Saree and Malli wore a pink and blue combination Saree.

We hot ready in an hour and started heading downstairs.
William was standing right below the stairs. He didn't notice me yet. I started going down the stairs he saw towards me and a wide smile spread on his face.
When I reached down he came and hugged me. "You look gorgeous princess" he says.
I blushed at his comment. We both started walking towards the ball room. Before we could enter a woman from somewhere came and hugged me.
She hugged me so tightly she squeezed the life out of me. "Mom your hurting my mate. Please take easy on her. " he said.
"She is so beautiful. I love her" she said. "I too love her." He says.
His father comes and accompanies his wife. And he gave a warm smile to me and I returned it to him.
William lead me towards the ball room as we entered it I could see many people some with their partners and some are alone.
As we entered everyone went quite. We went towards the stage the place was very huge. William never left his hand from my back as he lead me.
When we reached the stage he kisses my hand and goes forward leaving me alone on the stage.
"Thank you for coming here. Today I want to introduce you the Luna of the pack Ms.keerthana." he said. There were howls every where. He turned around and extended his hand for me to take.
I took his hand and went forward. Every one were happily looking at me. "You all will respect her as you respect me and defend her life with your own lives" he said.
Every one howls in agreement and clapped for us. Later on every one came to us and congratulated us.
Once we were free I asked William are all the people here werewolf's. He nodded in response.
"Do all the men here take away their mates with themselves once they meet them." I asked after some time.
He turned towards me and said " princess don't talk as if we are some criminals. We can't be far from our mates once we meet them. It's in our nature. We take our mates with us so that we can protect them. We can't bear if anything happens to mates. If one mate dies the other will go into depression and die. I can't loose you I can't even think of being far from you. That's the reason we take our mates."
I could see sincerity in his eyes and hurt too cause I put forward such a question. I hold his arm and said sorry. He just hugged me.
As we were in the function. There was silence all of a sudden. And every one were quite. Then came the entry of a handsome person into the ball room and everyone were bowing to him. I was confused on who he was and why are all these so afraid of him.
Just as I was lost in my thoughts William came towards me and put a hand on my back and lead me towards him.
As we went near him they both hugged a boyish hug and then William introduced me as his Luna. He took my hand and kissed my knuckles. I just smiled at him. He introduced himself as Daniel. Seeing this William hugged me sideways tightly.
As they were talking Malli came towards us and as she was approaching me and wanted to say something to me. One second she was before me the next she was in Daniel's arms.
And next words which came from Daniel's mouth got me shocked to death.
"Mine. My mate" Daniel says.
Malli was looking at him terrified as hell and I was shocked but William was smiling widely looking at the couple.
Next words which left my mouth got William shocked and Daniel was angry as hell.
"She is not your mate. And she is not going to be anywhere near you." Saying this I dragged Malli from his arms.
