5. they don't have to be from Japan they can be like Momoko and come from America
6. it doesn't have to be set in Japan it can be set in any country
7. they can come from the witch world or the wizard
8. the spells can be like in the English or Japanese version
9. you can make it a crossover but the crossover characters are family or friends its mainly Doremi
10. they can be related to a character
