Chapter Twelve ( Never apologize ! )

I Made my way slowly downstairs hoping that none of my parent or tom will wake up ! I opened the front door and went out I found Stella setting by their door crying  .. !! I came close to her 

" come on Stella ! don't cry he will be okay I am sure  !! " I said as I sat next to her and wrapped her back she began to swipe her tears and hugged me .. 
" I am afraid . can I stay in your house .. " she said shaking 
" sure you can !! " I took her hand and walked her to our house no one was awake so I took her to my room .. 
" thanks Kasey ! " she said as she sat on my bed 
" No need ! we are friends  , are n't we ! " I said smiling 
" so do you have any idea where Danny could be !? " she asked 
" unfortunately I don't ! but I am sure he is okay .. he is not a Baby don't worry " 
" Did he say anything yesterday farther than that Ed should drive us home ?? " 
" Well !! " I said nervously as I sat next to her " He was really upset .. and he went off " I hesitated
" Upset ! why !?" 
"  I don't think I should tell you .."
" oh It's about that girl he likes ! " 
"  you know then ! " I was really surprised that she knew about her !!
" yeah .. Danny told me about her he never keeps a secret from me .. but what happened that made him really upset !! " 
" I think he saw her kissing some other  guy " I said as I passed my hand through my hair 
" aw ! that really hurts .. But she is devil anyway I have never Liked her ! she used to hang out with jerks .. My brother is not a Jerk " 
" you have no idea .. " I said as I stood and walked towards the window ..
" what do you mean ?! " she asked as she came next to me 
" Hmm .. He said that I was I ugly and that he didin't want to see me again ..but I don't care " 
" oh ! he was a jerk ! Look I know he is sorry for .. " 
" It's okay don't worry ! " I laid 

" Wake up Kasey .. " Mother said as she opened the door she looked at both me and stella in surprise 

" Good Morning Mum ! " I said 
" Good Morning Diana " Stella said as she smiled to mum 
" Good Morning " Mum said with that look in her face which says " explain " 
" Mum Gina Is out of town .. so Stella will stay for a while " 
" If it is okay ? " Stella interrupted  me 
" Yes ! sure you are welcomed anytime " Mum said as she smiled to her  " Kasey can you help me with the breakfast ? " 
" okay Mum " I said in a tired voice
" I can help " Stella said 
"  No no you stay here .. Thanks " Mum said as she went down stairs 
" Take some rest I will be back " I said to Stella then closed the door and went down I saw Mum in the kitchen so I went to help her 

" so is that all the story ? " Mum asked 
" what ? " 
" I mean Stella , Kasey ! 
" Yes Mum ! " 
" okay ! " Mum said 

when the breakfast was ready I went to wake up dad and tom .. then I came to my room and found  that Stella slept I didn't want to wake her up she seemed to be really tired so I left her .. and went down to eat breakfast 

" where is Stella ? " Mum asked 
" she fell asleep so I left her "  I answered her as I sat down 
" Stella is here ? " Tom asked 
" Yes ! " I said as I took a bite from my sandwich 
" So what will you do today " Dad asked as he took a sip    from his coffee 
" I don't know ! Hang with Stella I think  " I said as I took another bite ..
" We are going to visit some friends " Mum said 
" You and dad ? ""  I asked 
" Yes and we will take tom with us .. our friend's son is Tom's friend " 
" are you  talking about  John Mum ? " tom said as he put down  the spoon  he looked really excited ..
" Yes tom ! "  Mum said smiling 
" yaaay !  when are we going .. " he said as he jumped up from his chair 
" after breakfast .. they invited us to spend the day with them " 
" Cool !! "  
" Mum , Dad What about the school journey .. can I go please ?? it's tomorrow" It was a journey our school made to some hotel for three days .. it would be fun and I really wanted to go 
" Who is going ? " Dad asked 
" Dad I told you Janie and so many of our friends "  Dad put the newspaper down and looked at me 
" Okay Kasey ! you can go ! " he said and his answer shocked me !
" Really ! I love you Dad ! "
