Sophie's pov
After the ceremony I headed back into the prep room and met up with dex and Biana. We all ran to each other and sat there in a group hug for a while. Eventually we went back out to find our families. " hey guys what did you think?" I asked Grady and Edaline. " It was amazing! You looked so grown up and mature. I had to keep Edaline from crying the whole time," Grady laughed.
"I was the one keeping you from crying," Edaline responded. " I'm gonna go find the Vackers now. I just want to say hi and congragulate Biana," I said walking away. " Ok but don't be gone too long," Edaline called. THe way she said it made it sound like she knew something I didn't. I decided to brush it off and go say hi. I finally found Biana,Della, and Alden in the crowd. But there was no Fitz. For some reason I felt very let down. I guess he reallly must not like me if he can't even stick around to say hi after my silver towers graduation. I said my half hearted hellos and made small talk for a while."Sophie I need to talk to you," ALden said pullling me away. As I walked away Biana gave a grin and then turned around as if nothing happened. " What's this about?" i asked. This wasn't really a normal time for a serious conversation. " Well my son had to leave early for personal reasons but he brought you a gift and wanted to make sure you got it," He reached into his jacket and pulled out a light leaping crystal that I'd never seen before. " Where does it lead," I asked taking the crystal in my hand. "Go find out for yourself. Your parents know you'll be gone so don't hurry back," He said. And without hesitation I leaped away. When I finnaly arrived I was pretty confused. I was in some house I'd never been too before. IT shure smelled good though,like a good meal Then I remembered I was in a strangers house and should probably find my way out. Why Would he give me this crystal it made no sense. I Heard someone in What i thought was the Kitchen. I walked into the room and standing there in front of a beautiful candle light dinner was Fitz all dressed up still from the graduation.
