He looked up at the disappointed gazes of his friends. They were sending him off to White Hill Academy, near the Ice-kingdom, to become a stronger and more independent warrior. He doesn't agree with them, he's strong and has killed many dragons in self-defense before! But no, they would no longer tolerate his pleads and awaited his departure. He only had ever need their help every once and awhile and only planned on leaving to prove to them how strong he actually was. He looked at his friends one last time and carefully inspected each of their faces. First he looked at Asilth, she was the oldest and a Seawing/Nightwing hybrid. She looked back it him, only slightly annoyed that he was staring at her of all dragons. He then quickly averted his eyes as her annoyance became anger. His eyes then landed on the beautiful Rainwing/Nightwing, Cinderie. She looked at him with a sad smile, and mouthed to him, we'll miss you. This kinda gave him a little hope that she'd convince the others to let him return sooner then planned. He then looked at Swamp, the Mudwing/Seawing , this was the dragon he had always looked up to and now he was saying goodbye. He couldn't stand to look at the glum dragon any longer and averted his eyes. Then there was Blizzard, his closest friend. Blizzard was an outcast because he was a hybrid and an unknown animus. The Skywing/Icewing came up to him and gave him the chilliest hug you could ask for. The hybrid backed away from him then told him,

" I have a gift for you, it's a paintbrush that allows you to paint in the color of the object it touches... I hope you like it." I then glanced at the animus thinking this was the greatest gift a dragon could ask for and that there were almost no possible words I could use to describe my excitement.

" Blizzard, this is the most amazing gift I could ever ask for... Thank You! "

He chuckled as warmly as a frozen heart could, and smiled.

" I'm glad you like it.. but it's time for you to go.."

I looked down slightly disappointed.

"Oh, your right well can I ask for one more thing?..."

The group looked at him startled at the question then nodded in unison.

" Can I have the biggest group hug ever? "

And they all obliged, happy, and hoping for the best.

"This is going to be a long journey, I'll see you all soon when I return stronger then ever!"

He then spread his ever changing colorful wings, and took off as the sunrises in the distance.
