Bryce p.o.v
I didn't even notice, but I've been at Mikey's for basically the whole day, after school wise.
We put in a movie, but I don't think Mikey even got 5 minutes into it. Because he's asleep on my shoulder, which is adorable, I mean. What.
I can't like him, I. But I. I don't know what to think right now. It's just that, I've never wanted to protect someone so much, and I don't understand why I care about him so much. I want to protect him, and I will.
I see Kat come downstairs, I see a big smile appear on her face, she covers her smile. She runs over to us in awe.
She points at me, then Mikey, then at me again, then Mikey.
"Is it official?" She whispers smiling, "No Kat. But I have to tell you something, and ask you something." I say, I look at Mikey, and pretend to slap him to make sure he's asleep. He doesn't flinch, okay.
"Yeah?" She smiles. "Okay." I breathe in. "I think I like Mikey, when I leave, can you see how he feels about me?" I ask. She smiles even wider. "OH MY GOD YES-" She yells. "Shh!" I say looking over at Mikey.
"Hmm...?" Mikey mumbles into my chest, "look what you did." I mouth to Kat. I see Mikey open his eyes, "Hey" I laugh. He smiles when he sees me.
I feel him hug me, this is different. But I like it. I hug him back, ruffling his hair.
I hear Kat screech. I look at her and laugh. "Mikey I have to go home soon." I say, I see a frown appear on his face. "Okay." He frowns. "What time is it?" He asks. "12:00." I say, checking my phone. "oh boy." He yawns.
"Well, I'm gonna go home, I'll see you tomorrow, Mikey." I smile, getting up. "Cya Bryce!" Kat yells. Mikey follows me downstairs to the porch, "Goodbye, and goodnight Bryce." Mikey says. "You too." I say. "WAIT! What's your number?" I ask, "Oh. Yeah, here." He says, showing me his number on his phone.
"Got it." I smile, "Goodnight. Mikey." I smile. "Night!" He waves, I walk off the porch, I see the door close behind me.
Fuck it. I like him.

HeyyyYyY, another shOrt chapter. Funnn, well I kinda quickly finished this up because I gotta go to school and if I power my phone off and I didn't post a chapter it deletes. That's why this chapter is kinda shorter than normal.
