Ava's POV

me and Zoe were waiting for Ella to come back from school so we can go get some coffee.

Zoe and i were just sitting there watching Netflix until we heard a big bang from the door, "THE SKYS SO CLEAR WHEN YOUR THE VEIWWW" "ANYWHERE I GO IM TAKING YOU!" she screamed and screamed the lyrics until her voice gave out on her. "calm down Rose! do you wanna go get coffee still or no?" Zoe asked running up to Ella and closing her mouth shut. "sure. only if we can listen to some jams." " okay i'll drive." i said grabbing my keys.

3RD PERSON

  when the 3 girls got in the car Ellarose ran into the passenger seat and turned on a boy band names 'Why Don't We'. "who are these boys? they seem pretty cool i guess." Zoe said scrolling through her instagram feed, "THERE WHY DONT WE ZOE! GOSH. get with the program. i'll show your what they look like hold on." Rose said turning around screaming in Zoe's ear. "okay gosh sorry." "here's a picture. that ones Corbyn, Daniel, Zach, Jack, and Jonah." Ellarose said pointing to each boy. "damn! those boys be lookin fineeee. but that noodle headed one is lookin like a shnack." Zoe said zooming in on Jack. "I know right, but i like Daniel better.". Ava peaked over at Ella's phone and the car started to drift off the street, "AVA! KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD! WE ALMOST DIED." Ella said turning off her phone and grabbing onto the steering wheel to put them back on the road. "hey Ella that would've been your like what? fourth? sixth? time almost dying?" Zoe said poking Ella on the arm. Ava looked over and saw i tear fall down her cheek as she curled up in a ball.

the rest of the car ride to the coffee shop was silent.

Ellaroses POV

gosh i wish Zoe couldn't talk sometimes. "go ahead inside guys, i'll wait in the car." i said silently but loud enough for them to hear. they both didn't answer me but listened to what i said cause they did go inside.
i checked the time on my phone. 3: 28. i needed to be home by 8 or some bad things will happen, i get sick to my stomach even thinking about it.
i hate getting abused each morning and night. i hated the smell of beer in every spot of my house. i hated having no privacy. i hated that my mom was no longer with me by my side. i hated all my dads new "girlfriends". i hated everything about my home life.
i started to cry in the car alone and curled up in a ball. i heard knocks on the window and just ignored them but the person kept knocking so i looked up.
i couldn't believe it. i saw the blue eyed gap tooth boy of my dreams just standing there smiling at me. i rolled down my window and asking, "what are you doing here? this must be just a dream. if so i hope my dad will come in my room and slap me awake." but i said the last part more quietly. "you were crying so i just wanted to come comfort you or something." he said smiling, "um well i'm fine. no need to waist your time on me." i said looking away from him. "well can i at least have your number so we can talk sometime?" he said grabbing a piece of paper and handing it to me. "wow. the Daniel Seavey wants my number? okay then." i said grabbing the paper out of his hand and writing down my number, "thank you, stay strong." he said walking away and smiling."

  I see Ava and Zoe walk back to the car and smiling at me. as soon as they got in i asked, "why are you guys so happy?" when they got in i took my drink out of Avas hand. "you have someone your number! we saw the whole thing." Zoe said getting in the backseat and elbowing me lightly with one eyebrow raised. "uhhh you guys saw that?" "of course! just look at the huge windows." Ava said pointing at the coffee shop windows.
  on our way to Avas apartment i explained to them who the boy was and what he said and all of the other things. "lucky! you got to meet one of the members from your boy band! WAIT! was noodles with him?" Zoe said getting right up in my face, "no Zoe." i said pushing her back.
  it was only 4 but we still dropped off Zoe at her house. she was lucky. she lived the perfect life and so did Ava. i mean i live in L.A. and that's pretty great but i just hate my home life. "can i please come over to your place Ava? it's only like 4:03 i don't have to be home till like 8." i said begging her, "sure i don't mind."

  me and Ava just watched '13 Reasons Why' on Netflix, it really didn't help because its pretty sad and dark. it brings me back to all of the memories of when i was in high school.

i hated my old school. especially these three main people. Tori, John, and Micheal. they'd remind me of my father, except his nasty breath. they wouldn't beat me besides Tori. she would hit me a few times if i was being "annoying" but i didnt even talk at school.

the three would call me the same things my dad would and they would start rumors. everyone would believe the rumors and nobody would really talk to me. Ava and Zoe weren't in my school, they took online classes. lucky them.

i needed to get my mind off everything, even though i have to go back home soon.

we played some board games until it was about 7:40 and i was having a lot of fun. "i should bring you home before your dad goes all crazy and hurts you." Ava said getting up and reaching for her car keys. "fine." i said grabbing my things and heading out the door.

  we pulled up to my door and it was exactly 8. my dad was home and me and Ava said bye to each other and i walked to my front door. i grabbed my key and unlocked the door. i opened it and saw my dad standing there with a bat in his hand.
