part 4

Zoe's POV

  it was 7:30 in the morning and i was just waiting for Ava and Ellarose to come pick me up to get some breakfast.
  i haven't seen Ella without her voice yet and i have no idea how to tell what she's saying. she is terrible at learning new things, so she'll probably not be able to learn sign language. but i guess i'll see soon.

  i look up from my phone and see Ava's car pull up so obviously i say bye to my parents and leave.
  "hey Ava, and Ella." i say putting my bag down in the backseat and getting in. 'hi Zoe' Ella signed to me and i'm proud that she learned sign language, and taking that class on sign language really is gonna help.

  "Ella learned sign language at school apparently," Ava said pulling out of my driveway.
  we listened to music the whole time but it wasn't as fun with Ella not being able to talk. she would always sing with the words with the song, dance, and just look like she was living a dream. even though, we all new she isn't.
  i get jealous of Ellarose sometimes because she seems perfect even though she used to get she beat by her father everyday and night. i'm happy she's safe now though.

Ellaroses POV

  when we got to 'Brewed Awakenings' which is the coffee place. i grabbed my bag and we all went in.
  i walked in first and of course, there was Daniel and his band members sitting at a table.
  "what do you guys want? i'll get it and you guys just go sit down." Ava said pulling out money from her wallet. "i'll have whatever you get." i say walking over to a table, "same for me." Zoe says following me. "let's just sit here." i say pointing to a table farther away from the 5 boys. "okay and isn't that the boy band you like? and they guy that came up to you? OKAY. WAIT." Zoe said yelling the last part, i reached over the table and put my hand over her mouth. "shhhhh! and yes." i said uncovering her mouth slowly. "okay i'm sorry. but noodle head is over ther- wait. whose that other boy? the short one." Zoe said peaking over at there table. "oh that ones Zach," i say also peaking at the boys, but then Daniel noticed me. i quickly turned back and saw Ava walking over.
  "here's your drinks." she said sitting down, 'thank you' i signed to her and she nodded.
  i just listened to Zoe and Ava talking but they talked to me to but i just signed to them or texted.

  i heard i noise like someone was walking up behind me and then i felt a tap on my shoulder. i turned around and saw Daniel. "oh your Daniel Seavey right? this is Ellarose the one you met yesterday. she cant talk anymore. sorry." Zoe said looking at Daniel then me then Daniel once more. "yeah i know, she told me last night. i have her number." he said, "do you know sign language?" Ava said questioning him, "uhh no, but i'll learn it." he said smiling at me. i texted him, 'thank you daniel'. he looked at his phone and said "your welcome. i need to go, bye guys." he said walking back to his bandmates.
  "well that was nice. he's HOT." Ava said still looking at him. for some reason i got mad at her for saying that even though he's not mine and he definitely doesn't like me.
  'let's go shopping guys' i signed to them, "YAYYYY" Zoe yelled running out of the coffee shop, and everyone stared at her from inside the shop and outside. but the boys saw her and they laughed. Zoe saw Zach staring at her and laughing so she got super embarrassed and ran faster to the car. me and Ava looked at each other and she laughed as i smiled. they i smiled at Daniel and he smiled back, which made me feel good inside.
  i don't know exactly why but i just feel amazing around Daniel or when he smiles at me. but he doesn't like me, i guess we're just 'friends', or he might not even think of me as a friend. maybe just a stranger or an acquaintance.
