Mark's fist gripping my collar then he whispered, "Jack I love you. I think you're so amazing… I cant explain it in words so…" He kissed me slowly, sweetly. I felt completed, and ok for the first time in forever.
"Mark…." All I could do is say his name, I was lost for words. "I love you jack." Mark whispered and yawned. "I love you too Mark…" I whispered before Mark fell asleep. 
I stayed in the hospital with Mark. Through the night, I couldn't sleep. I would gently brush my fingers through Mark's hair. I looked out the window, down into the city lights. I felt so tired but I knew if I tried to sleep, I wouldn't be able to. I sighed and sat down on the chair. I stared at Mark peacefully sleeping.
My eye lids were getting heavy. I finally found myself asleep in the chair.
