You and Eiden follow to where Charlotte pointed at and discovered a fort made out of wood and straw but has archers and gunman standing as defense with the rebellion symbol on them and on the fort also. This must be the base, you thought as you, Eiden and Charlotte walk through the gate and you looked around the people here that were working. In one corner, you saw a bar with a few adventurers there spending their time as one of them took a sheet of paper from a wall with many notes on it. Intriguing you, you kept the place in mind to check after meeting the leader. Eiden then walks to a set of wooden stairs and looks back at you. "Up there is Cid, the leader of the rebellion" Eiden tells you. As he was about to walk up, Charlotte began to run around energetically around the base, leading Eiden to stop and look at her. He sighs and steps back down and faces you again, "I believe it's best for one of us to stay with her so that she doesn't cause any trouble" he tells you, "Just go up the stairs and Cid will be there." He chases after Charlotte after telling you and you then began to walk up the steps to the top of the fortress, where a man with an eyepatch stood there, smiling at you.

"A true diamond in the rough" he chuckled as he walks up to you, "The name's Cid! Welcome to the rebellion, lad!" He held his hands out in an outward motion, showing the fort you were in. "Don't get the wrong idea. This isn't how we are now" he chuckled a little, "This base was for the attack on that prison you were in. However...." he sighed and walks over to the side and pointed to a fortress in the distance.

"That fortress there was immediately built once we got here, meaning they're what's preventing us from getting back to our main base," Cid looks back at you, "I just hope the people back there aren't facing any trouble." Cid walks back to the center as he presses a pressure plate and a table popped up in the middle with papers and books and plans and weapons also. "That doesn't mean we can't do anything" he said, "There are people here that need help also, either it be wildlife, Voidsent, or Launzets." He smiles once again at you as he sat down on a chair close to the table, "Right now, we're planning to take down that fortress to get back to our main base. In the meantime...." he pulls out a Rebellion badge and gave it to you, symbolizing your recruitment to the rebellion, "Thanks for joining the cause, lad" he tells you calmly.
