Meeting eriko nagai,

The soft sounds of your footsteps filled the hallway as you stepped out the bathroom and walked back to your room to get back to drawing. You brushed your hair out of your face and closed your eyes as the headache set in.  Causing you to put palm on your forehead 

"Are you okay?" a soft voice popped up behind you and put there hand on your shoulder,

"yea...just a head injury its healing..."  you breath out and they appear in front of you. A young girl in her pink hospital clothes and braided hair with brown eyes stood in front of you. "Im.....eriko nagai." She mumbled and looked down. "uh...i dont know my name" you laugh as she nods shyly and you  rub your hands together.   "anyways i have to go,see you" she smiled as she walks away and you smiled back and wave.

~~a few days later~~~

the sound of laughter filled the hallways as the nurses turned around and sighed and waked back into the room "girls please! people are resting!" she held her finger in front of her lips as the girls quickly apologized and went back to watching the T.V  

"how did he even fall for that" (F/n) chuckled  as eriko wiped her tears as the T.V channel changed as the new appeared with the words 'The whereabouts of kei nagai' 

1st pov

i looked at the picture on the screen as the reporter spoke again, "the third ajin to appear in japan is still unknown" she kept speaking as i turned my head "ajin?"i mumble as eriko was deep in thought "eriko?" "eri-" i open my mouth as a terrible pain hits my head. 

"....even though im longer human, do you...you still love me?"

i grunted as i held my head  and eriko,hearing my cries "hey!hold on i'll call the nurses!" eriko ran out of the room as the pain got more and more unbearable. "wait,im okay!" i grabbed her hand as she stopped."this happens on a daily basis" i chuckled as i sat down.

"im am hungry though" i mumbled as eriko sighed.

~Time skip~

"im sorry sir but no one can really visit the girl since we dont even know her identity " the secretary admitted as a man in cap with slicked back hair sighed.

"hold me tight, nobody left in this world to kiss goodnight..."  My hands grazed against the bruised flower petals as i whispered the song,
'why would she throw these away....there so pretty.'
A sigh leaves my mouth as i sat down on my bed and looked out the window. "Speaking about eriko..." i mumble and stand up and walk out of the room.

"The whereabouts about the ajin are still unknown" The news reporter on the TV said with a serious tone as i looked down.

"Ajin...why am i hearing this word so much." I sigh as i walk to erikos room "Sorry. You cant enter right now" My train of thought was interrupted when i looked up and saw two men standing by the door. "Huh?oh...um...is eriko okay?" I ask curiously as they look at me.
"Yea just asking her a few questions" the one on the left replied.
"Oh..okay.." I muttered as i turned around slowly.

~days later~

"Eriko where were you?!" I screamed as i ran up to her as she walked to her room. "Sorry...uh..some guys just asked questions..."she mumbled

"Huh? About what?" I blurted out without thinking.

"...My brother." She said still looking down.

"Your..brother?" I repeated

"Yea. Hes that ajin everyones talking about." She looked up,her brown eyes staring into mines.

"Oh..im sorry for asking.." Ashamed i look down not knowing what to say

"Its fine, its just gross." She boldly stated as i looked up at her

"What?"

"Its gross that he was one of them and thought he was still human." She said as she kept looking at me, once those words left her mouth..something inside me clicked. I felt angry. And i clenched my fist.

"Dont...dont say that!" I said in a loud voice, Causing her to flinch. "Oh..im sorry.." I say as i covered my mouth with my hand and look around to the attention i have gathered."i didnt mean to do that..." I whisper behind my hand. As eriko stays quiet.

"Its fine" she mutters and walks away.

'God I'm such a idiot.' I whisper as I walk to my own room and shut the door as I lay down on the soft bed and reach for my radio and turn it on,

Only to hear Japanese music playing.

"This is gonna be a long stay..."

Been a long time but I was just reading my stories and saw how cringey they are lmao
