You cared for me
Gave me peace
Your infatuation with me was quick
My love for you, it sticked...
You crushed me
Said it was proper treatment
Your starry-eyed apathy at the face of my abuse
I guess heroin wasn't the only thing being used...
You said I was sick
That's what you'd snicker
As you placed a kiss on my lips
You are my addiction, one that can't be kicked...
You wired me up
Just like an electrician
Your disinhibition to the violence I faced
My pain is just for your sick kicks...
You made me dirty
But I'll turn myself clean
I'll cope with the trauma by crushing your dreams
My love for you didn't die, it was murdered...
