Sam, Ariel, Faith and I were sitting in the library of the Bunker, trying to find ways to find Jack and Kai.

Dean walked in with coffee. "Anything?"

"Oh, thanks," Sam told him. "Not yet. I put out an APB to every single hunter we know."

"Ariel and Faith have been trying to follow their sense of where Jack and Kai are, but it's like they know that they're about to find them, and they take off again," I explained. "Jack and Kai are off the grid."

"Kids were pretty spun out," Dean told us. "We'll find them. I mean, there's gotta be a sign at some point, right?"

Ariel didn't look convinced. "Yeah."

"Kids can cause a tsunami with a hiccup," Dean told us.

"I don't know," Faith told us. "Maybe they're covering their tracks."

Castiel walked in. "Or this apparent death of evidence is, in fact, the evidence."

"The evidence of..." Sam trailed off.

"Of some horrified misadventure that's befallen them, like being dragged down to Hell by Asmoedus," Castiel told us. "Or..." He sighed worriedly. "I don't know, possibly worse, being hijacked to Heaven by Angels."

"Yeah, but aren't they too fast and furious for Angels?" Ariel asked.

"Maybe," Castiel answered. "Maybe not. That's what I'm gonna find out."

"Find out from who?" Faith asked. "From--from the Angels?"

"Yes," Castiel answered.

"You really think they're gonna help you?" Sam asked. "After what they did to Ava, to try to do to Ariel and Faith, after they wanted to kill Kai and Jack?"

"I'm not asking for their help," Castiel told us. "I'm just merely finding out what they know."

I stood. "All right. Well, you're not going alone, after what they did to all of us. Let's go."

"Ava, you can't accompany me," Castiel told me. "If the Angels were too close to you again, they could try to reactivate the spell in your mind, and who knows what that could do to you again? Until Ariel and Faith heal you completely, it would be safer for you to be away from the Angels."

"Cas, I'm not gonna let you go to them alone after what they did to us," I told him. "Who knows what they could try to do to you? If they do something that gets you killed again after what they did--"

I realized I was getting too angry, trying to calm down. Ariel and Faith stood to help me relax.

Sam stood, walking closer. "Ava, look at me. It's okay."

Castiel gave me a knowing look. "Ava, you nearly lose yourself to your anger just talking about what the Angels did to all of us, when overcome about worry what could happen to me. But I will be fine. And you will be as well if you stay here.  I swore to protect these boys, and I won't let the Angels hurt you again. Let me do this."

Castiel walked toward the war room.

"Don't do anything stupid," Dean told him.

We listened as Castiel walked out of the Bunker.

"All right," Sam told us. "Ava, you..."

"I'm fine," I told them.

"I guess we're stuck in idle," Ariel told us.

Faith scoffed. "So, what do we do? Just--just sit around here and wait? Every time that Ariel and I get too close to finding Kai and Jack, they always sense we're close, and they take off again."
