"Are you finally gonna help me fix the nursery?" I asked King as we walked around Target getting some things we needed
I was officially 8 months and big asf. I was honestly tired of being pregnant. This pregnancy is so bad. It's nothing like how it was when I had Reina. Everything went smoothly when I had her. From the birth to the delivery. But with this one it's been rough and stressful.
My blood pressure was high for half of it which led me to be on bed rest.I hated being on bed rest because I had to rely on King to handle the bills and everything around the house. Even though he didn't mind I did and it bothered me so bad.
It still does because although I'm off bed rest I'm still not cleared to go back to work until after the baby is born
"Yes. We can do it once we get home and have it ready" He said putting the blankets in the car.
"About time" I said taking a seat on one of the rocking chairs they had on display.
"Can I help?" Reina asked looking up from her Ipad
"Yes baby you can help" I smiled at her as she returned her attention back to the screen
It's been 3 months and Brandon hasn't even called to come get her or anything. I guess he believed his little saying that she wasn't his because he hasn't even called to talk to her either.
Reina has tried to call on numerous of occasions but gets met with his voicemail.
It really hurts my heart to see her face when her dad didn't answer but after a month of trying she looked towards King for comfort. Sure she still ask about Brandon but not as much
"You good?" He asked looking at me
"Yeah my feet are killing me though"
"Come on let's get back to the house we've been out all day anyways" He helped me up and we made our way to the front so we could pay
Things between us were kind of weird to be honest. We were basically friends with benefits because I didn't want anything serious at the moment.
I told him I didn't want to lead him on but he said I wasn't so we ended up having sex with each other on plenty occasions.
"Can I get a snickers mommy?"
"No baby you already ate chocolate today" I told her as we put everything on the register
"Please" She gave me a pout
Giving in I grabbed one giving it to the lady so she could scan it before giving it to her
Once we were finished we walked out towards the car loading it up then headed home
I was more than happy that we were finally going home after being out all day shopping.
