CHAPTER 4: WHERE I BELONG

Her heels clicked along the white polished tiles as she swayed her hips side to side.

The building was rather, usually quiet as it was. The silence was engulfing her alive, as she was not used to it.
The wide hallway, she turned her head, side to side, carefully observing the paintings on each side of the white-creamed wallpapered wall.

She admired it, although, she was able to see them day by day.

The sound of people murmuring in one particular room caused her head to turn to the side, Upon meeting the eyes of the Prime Minister, himself.

She cleared her throat and fixed her clothes before knocking lightly, enough for everyone to hear.

They turned to her direction for they were startled.

" Come in. " A familiar voice lowly said.

" Oh, Ms. Foy. What brings you here? "

" I am terribly sorry if I disrespected you all in any way, but I am here to send a message. "

They looked at each other and froze.

The Prime Minister tensed up.

" Any specific sender? " he raised a brow.

" Yes. And I'm afraid it is only meant to be private, to you, Sir. " She answered.

" Do come here. " he gestured her to come towards his direction.

As soon as she approached him, she leaned in and whispered something inaudible for the other members to hear.

He slowly nods his head and sighed.

" Ah, I see. Thank you Ms. Foy, You may leave the room now. " she bowed her head and proceeded to make her exit.

The Prime Minister sighed and hung his head low in frustration.

" Sir? What news has she brought? " the woman questioned making all of them murmur in curiosity.

They looked at him in shock.

" The creature..they..experimented on her, so soon.. From Area 51 " he said.
