It was my turn to perform and I was nervous at first. Then, the beat came through my veins and when I was done with my verse, I gave them a lil freestyle.

"AYE JD! If you never knew, Deetranada always being bold coated in snow. These people blow me like a stuffy nose. Touched down in the A I don't know how to act. WHY U PAIR ME UP WITH KIDS THAT DON'T KNOW HOW TO RAP!!!!????" I say.

I hear o's from all over the crowd and cheering.

Wow. Now I see that Deetranada is my biggest competition.

"Hey nov, how are you?" Tally says touching my hair.

"I was fine up until you came over here bothering me. Stop touching my hair and leave me alone. Thank you!" I say.

Roscoe starts dying laughing.

Tally scoffs and walks away.

I turn to Roscoe who is on the floor holding his stomach crying and laughing.

"Dude. Was it that funny?" I say laughing.

"Yeeeeaaaahhhh, bro! She said 'how u doin today' all flirty and shit*laughs and coughs* and she said 'uggghhh' and walked awayyyyyy." Roscoe said laughing his head off.

Deetranada comes off the stage and sits on the floor. Panting.

"you good?"

"Yeah. I'm fine. Just shook." Deetranada says. Imma just call her dee. That's better.

"Umm. Can I just call you dee? Its more simple." And cute.

"Umm, yeah. What can I call you?" Dee asked.

"Unless you wanna call me king." I say shrugging.

Roscoe makes a face at me. Well? What was i supposed to say?

"Ight king." Dee says walking away.

"Alright Y'all come on back out here," JD says.

"Alright y'all. Im thinking about signing one of these kids to my label so so def. When I put my hand over the artist cheer."

First was Flau'jae. She got mild applause. Roscoe was second. He got slightly more applause. Tally went third. She got close to no applause. Then I went. The crowd went crazy.

I like this crowd.

Then dee went. The crowd went even crazier. Damm.

"Alright yall. Go home. Imma make my hit list when I get home." JD says

We all got off the stage into the van.

"Yo. Yall did good!" The managers said.

I just sit there and think about how good dee is. Not better than me but good.

I get up and do my crazy dance. The van erupts with laughter.

"What?" I say.

We all rush into the house and try to find the couch again. This house is so dam huge.

"Im thirsty. Anybody want a DUPRIsun? Hahahahahahahhahahahaahahaha, get it!?" Flau'jae says cracking up.

"You know, its funny because its crazy." Roscoe says.

"Al'dreco." Flau'jae says.

"Is that his real name?" Dee and I ask.

"Yeah." Roscoe says punching jae's arm.

"Ow. That hurt." Jae says sarcastically.

I lay on the couch thinking about Dee's rap earlier.

She said,"why you pair me up with kids that don't know how to rap?"
