Chapter 12:"The defender"

"Mhmm" I hear Anne, "What Anne is so early?" I say looking at her, "We've a visit" Anne says her smile fading, "Who is it?" I ask thinking about it maybe Harry. "Is it Harry?" I ask, "No it's Daniel" Anne says. No he can't be he moved like a month ago, he can't be not now, no.he is in Brazil now he left and now Harry is the one I no, But how I can tell him I'm with Harry and I don't want anythiing to do with him?

"Morning" I say looking at Daniel who is holding a notebook, "I wrote this for you" he says grinning and I take it, "I know you didn't expected to see me but I wanted to tell you that my father thought that maybe he could give me a job at his company so I'll be near you and we could.." Daniel continues talking but I am not listening to all that he is saying because the only person I can think about is Harry, just harry. Harold Edward Styles the man who is clearly bipolar but I like him so much because he can be an angel sometimes and the devil.

"Earth to Kim!" Daniel says and I smile, "Sorry about that, what did you say?" I ask politely, "You want to go on a date with me? Like tonight? " he asks. How I can tell him no in a polite way? I need someone to tell me fast and like now becasue I don't want to break his heart, he came all the way to Brazil...But he left remember that Kim and he and you just got to like one official date, nothing more, nothing less, plus you don't know exactly what he wants, you don't know everything about him, you don't.

"Daniel I'm so sorry to tell you this but I'm actually seeing someone at the moment" I say steady and not hesitating because I want to make my point clear, "Who?" he asks sadnss all over his eyes. "He is a guy you don't know" I say, "Who?" he asks me again, "Well we've been in just a few dates" I say knowing that is coming right now out of my mouth is a lie, a big fat lie. 

"But I wrote a story about us" he says, "Uhmmm thanks Daniel that's lovely but when you texted me you had to moved out I thought I would never see you again plus we only had one date, just one so I thought it wasn't that serious that serious to you" I say, "You mean the world to me" Daniel says looking into my eyes, "I'm sorry Daniel" I say but he leans kissing me,"Stop Daniel" I say letting go from his wrap.

"I love you" Daniel says pressing his lips once more, "Daniel stop!" I say but he keeps kissing me, "She told you to shut it mate" I see Harry running towards us and punching Daniel, "So you are seeing the stupid badass" Daniel says, "Yes I am and what is you problem with that" Harry says looking at Daniel who is now on the floor because of Harry's punch on his ribcage. I throw the notebook to the floor, "Daniel he isn't a stupid badass he is a gentleman not like you" I say and Daniel stands up.

"You are a slut!" he blurts out, "You replaced me quicklier than I thought" he shouts and Harry lifts Daniel up and then punches him again, "You are a piece of rubbish, didn't your mother taught you manners and how to treat a lady?" Harry says, "Kim Chase I'll come back for you" he says walking down the hallway, "I don't think so" Harry shouts, "Thanks" I whisper putting my head against Harry's chest and he wraps his arms around me making me feel safe.

"Kim Chase I love you, I do" Harry says kissing the top of my head, "And I.." I can't tell the stupid  three words but I want to, I feel a knot on my throat but I then look into Harry's eyes, "I love you Harold Edward Styles" I say because I am secure of what I'm telling, I love him, I do. "Kim Chase you are so easy to win" he says, "You want me to be hardc to get?" I ask and he shooks his head.

"Why you did that?" I ask, "What?" he asks, "Defend me" I whisper and look into his eyes, "Because I don't like ana arse to mess up with my girlfriend" he says. Girlfriend? Wait..what? So in just a night we changed our status to boyfriend and girlfriend? "Harry" I say.

"What is it my love?" he asks me, "You had to conquer my heart in a week remember?" I ask and he nods, "So how can I be your girlfriend then?" I ask, "Kim Chase why are you closing the gate to your heart again?" he asks me, "Don't know Harry, I don't know" he leans and kisses me and our lips move in perfect sync, "You are weird Kim" Harry says when the kiss ends.

"Me, weird?" I say pointing at myself, "Yeah weird" Harry says halfsmiling, "You are the weird one here" I say pointing him, "Me, I don't think so" he says grinning, "I am weird Styles but why you tell me the truth" I say and he chuckles, "You are like an open book but then you close" Harry tells me. 

"Your meatphor is actually so accurate but I am like that because I don't know if you are truly in love with me" I say and he takes me pulling me closer to him, "I'll prove it just give me time Mrs. Styles" he says biting his lip and he is just a few inches, "I'd like to see that" I tell him and he kisses my forehead, my nose, my chin and then meets with my lips that seem to know him well by now, "Tonight, will be our first date" he says with his cheeky grin.

"I'll pick you up at seven" he tells me "On a school night?" I ask and he nods, "Styles I'm actually a nerd if you didn't know that so.." "I know you are a nerd Kim but well sometimes you got to break rules" he says, "You are a bad influence Harry" I say and he chuckle, "I know but you love me don't you?" he says and I shook my head, "You do Kim, now just kiss me" he says and he leans; I kiss his cheek instead of his lips.

"Seriously Kim?" he asks and I nod, "Harry you've to win me so yes I'm serious" I say and he chuckles, "That is one of the reasons I love you Kim" he whispers in my ear, "I want to know all the things you love about me" I say, "I'll make a list but you've to make a list too" Harry says and I done, "Deal?" I say and he gives me a handshake, "Deal" he reapts and so the deal is done. 

"Where it will be?" I ask curious written all over my face, "The date?" Harry asks me "Seven dates, seven different places and surprises" he adds "Seven dates?" I ask, "Hey Kim, you gave me a week what did you expect?" Harry says and he obviously made a point. "You are right Styles" I say, "Hey lovebirds" I hear Anne saying and I see she is at the door, "Did you hear everything?" I ask and she nods, "She is a spy" Harry says, "Oh Harry, you got me" Anne says laughing, "I like seeing you together" I blush, "We are not together" I say looking at her, "Actualky we are Kim" I realize Harry's arms are around me, "I mean not literally but well he has to win my heart" I say and Anne smiles, "I hope he does" she says grinning.

I hope he does too, I say mentally to myself and I look at Harry. He is so perfect, his curls, his eyes, his dimples, his smile, his voice deep and warm, the way he hugs me, the way he defends me, the way he sings, his legs sorry to mention that but its that they are just pretty amazing, "Kim are you there?" Harry says looking at me and waving his hand infront of my eyes, "Sorry I was  just thinking" "About what?" Anne asks me, "Nothing really"I say and she grins.

"Tell me" Harry says whispering in my ear and kissing it making me feel goose bumps all over my body, You I say mentally, "I miss my little brother that's it" I say telling a big fat lie again, I miss him but I just mentioned it so I hadn't to tell Harry I was actually thinking about him, "You'll see him soon, I promise" he kisses my forehead and and says, "Awwwwww" "Shut up Anne!" I say blushing tomato red, "Okay,okay love birds" she says closing the door behind her, "I guess I see you later" I say and he nods, "See you Kim Chase" he kisses my cheek and I smile like an idiot.
