Crash!

Dean's body catapulted into the wall as the last standing vampire choked the life out of Sam. Sam tried to fight but it was no use. The vampire stared at him maliciously as black spots starts building around his eyes. The vampire cackled loudly as he continued to crush Sam's wind pipe.

Dean, with his adrenaline-filled body grabbed the gun and shot the vampire drowsily through the head, although it took him a few moments because he's woozy. He dropped his and gun and ungraciously fell beside his brother to check if he's okay. He sighed in relief. Sammy's okay. Sam continue to regain his oxygen until it's cleared enough. But still, his throat is a bit sore from the strangulation that almost end his life just happend earlier.

"You okay?" Dean asked, his voice gruff laced with tiredness and pain.

"Yeah, just peachy. " Sam grunted as Dean pulled him up. They gave the decapitated vampires a one last look before they departed at the abandoned cabin they used as a shelter where they took their victims and drained them. Sam dropped the lighter as the raging fire swallowed the cabin.

Their tensed muscles relaxed as soon as they took their step towards the impala, the sun shining brightly. Ironic to the events happend, actually.  The sun seems happy.

"I need pie." Dean mumbled tiredly. Sam rolled his eyes, his brother's unusual obsession for pie no longer new for him. Sam knew what to do and drove to the nearest store to buy some pie and beer and brought some "rabbit food" as Dean called it.

"So, new case?" Dean asked while munching his pie contentedly. The dingy motel room emits a homey feeling despite its poor condition.

"Apparently, nothing. So i'm glad we will be able to rest." Sam sighs and shut his laptop. Dean nods and walk away. Sam cleared his throat and spoke.

"You okay?" Dean stopped in his tracks and face Sam.

"Why'd you ask?" Sam stared at him intently.

"You're kinda fuzzed while we're hunting earlier. And. . ." Sam sighs and dismissed the thought.

"You know what, nevermind-"

"I'm okay, Sam. No need to worry." Dean said and walked away. An unexpected knock disrupt their moment. Dean eyed Sam knowingly and immediately fished their guns. Dean stared to Sam, counting mentally before opening the door. Their alarmed expression instantly morphed into concern as Cass's body landed in front of them, bloodied. Sam catched his body before he even landed to the floor. They laid his body to a nearby couch and stared at him expectantly, concern knitted their foreheads.

"Cass, what the hell happened?!" Dean frantically asked.

"I-I was ambushed... they beat and interrogated me about the..."Cass fainted before he even finished his sentence. They laid his body properly and grabbed a medicine kit.

"Stop walking around, Dean. You're making me dizzy!" Sam complained.

"Shut up Sam. What do those douchebags need? We need to find out." He spat angrily. Sam huffed.

"I'm going to kill those sons of bitches."

"Ale, bili na po kayo ng paninda kong kakanin. Mura lang, masarap pa. Gawa po ng nanay ko, masarap po siya magluto-" (Ma'am would you like to buy some rice cake? Available at an affordable price and also delicious. Made by mom. She's a great cook-)

"Wala akong pera, ineng. Iba na lang pagbentahan mo." (I have no money, kid. Go ask someone else.) A woman, probably on her mid-fifties haughtily said as she shooed away the child like a stray dog. The child, despite her early age are selling the rice cakes her mother cooked to buy foods for her ten siblings. She sighs sadly and sat at the nearby pavement, her legs aching from walking for hours and hours.
