Life is difficult. You either work hard or play hard, it's never both. Hwang Seojin, the definition of play hard. Having living in a broken family, with your mother passing away when you were eight and with your father remarrying, only to find yourself with two extra siblings.
After that event, you never respected your father and especially your step-mother. Living the easy life, you began hanging around the streets, and eventually joined a gang. Drugs, sex, parties, alcohol. That was your life.
Although you hated it, you still had to go to university. You really didn't have a choice for that lifestyle. If your parents pay the money for you to go to university, then you go, though, most of the time you don't show up. Which sometimes you feel bad about, university does cost more. But, money is something hard to achieve, even if it can be gained back again.
You have a job, as a waitress in a nearby cafe around the area. The owner was nice enough to hire you, even though he knew of your background. To you, he was more of a father figure, than your actual father, but only because of your disliking to him.
People at university, the teachers, students and even the head himself know what kind of trouble you are. None of them bother to help you study nor talk to you about getting back on track with life, not that you would want to.
Sure, drugs are bad, alcohol is bad, partying is unhealthy, you know that, but your already accustomed to that type of lifestyle. It's not like you're the only one with that kind of lifestyle at school, many others are. Druggies, dropouts, delinquents, name any one and they're there.
Whilst walking in hallway, you can hear the shattering screeches from females. It's them, one of the most hottest looking guys in school. They maybe a group, but for the good reasons. They're all wealthy, yet extremely loyal and well-mannered, not some snobby rich kid who tries to look down on everyone.
Admittingly, as a female yourself, you did have a crush on one of them. Wonho. That was his name. Very admirable, has extremely good manners, who wouldn't have a crush on him. But, that's all past tense. Knowing yourself, someone like you can't possibly be with someone as perfect as him, so you decided to let that little crush go.
He's of a high class, your from a low class and not only that, you're dirty all around. You've touched illicit materials, done it with many others, although you do that less now, in fact you've almost completely stopped selling yourself out.
Knowing how dirty the world is, you don't want to jeopardise your somewhat of a future you may or may not have.
You stood there, not exactly knowing what to do. Of course, that is until your best friend that is technically your sister, Hana comes along. She too, is like you, only worse and she knows it. She takes any chance to go to clubs, just to buy drugs and have some fun.
You've warned her many times to not go overboard, only for her to land in the hospital getting her stomach pumped. Not that you haven't done that either.
Hana only comes because she also didn't have a choice. Plus, she says it's her only way of escaping her shitty hellhole of a life.
"Yo. What are you doing staring into space huh?" she eyed. Shaking your head you mutter 'It's nothing'. She scoffs at you, then turning her attention towards the group of people heading your way. She snaps back at you, chuckling, "Ah, admiring are we?"
"What? No. Whatever, lets go. I heard Jungkook's got some new stock." grabbing her hand.
Just before you both could move, a bunch of girls came pushing and pulling each other, only for them to slam themselves into you and Hana. You didn't expect any help from anyone, until a hand showed up in your face.
Looking up, you saw that it was Minhyuk who gave the hand. In your peripheral vision, you saw that Hana also got help from Wonho. You were hesitant, knowing what the girls could do to you, but then again, most were scared of you.
You looked up at Minhyuk, he was smiling and gave you a slight nod, signifying that it's okay. You gave in and took his hand. Using all his strength, he pulled you up, "Are you okay?" he spoke softly. You couldn't look him in the eyes, so you just nodded before being taken away by someone.
Hana was yelling out for you, that was when you realised that you weren't in front of Minhyuk anymore, but rather being pulled away by your so-called boyfriend, Jungkook.
