Reunited (NamJin & YoonSeok)

Confrontation

Yoongi POV 

As soon as I got on his back and fled the people who were hunting us we took off into the woods. It was silent. 

And not the pleasant silence.

It was the anxious and stressed silence.

After a couple of minutes, he slowed down and passed a willow tree to soon reveal a small house.

"Is this your home?" I asked and as he nodded he just lowered himself to let me off. He hasn't responded to any of my questions.

As soon as I'm off he shifted into human. I still can't believe that I'm not dreaming... I follow him inside to see a very cozy home. Style is certainly Hoseok, but he hasn't even looked at me. It's making my heart hurt.

"Hoseok... Hobi, please just talk to me. I can't stand.... to see you like this... Not talking at all..." I plead.

"You're suppose to be scared of me... Your disgusted aren't you..." he whispered. 

I shake my head going near him, "Yah! Me scared of you?! Sorry but just cuz you can shift into an animal doesn't mean I will fear someone I've known my whole life... So snap that ridiculous thought out..." he looks at me shocked.

"Y-you're not scared??"

"Hoseok, you are someone who would never hurt anyone, UNLESS provoked.... Besides... your the wolf... of back then... aren't you?" I asked him and he looks away nodding.

'The wolf I wanted to see again'

"I-I killed..." I grabbed his cheeks.

"If you hadn't then they would've killed us... It was us or them Hoseok... If you hadn't shifted then... I probably would've been killed"

He slowly takes my hand and looks into my eyes... "I would've followed you in death if that had happened... I just... I don't want this to make you... leave me... I don't want to lose you or Jin's friendship... I don't want you to fear me..."

'I would never be afraid of you, what I am afraid of is losing you, my Hoseok...'

"Well... I can tell you this now Hoseok... I won't le----"all of a sudden the door bursted open and a tall man came inside.

"You have disappointed me for the last time! First, that disgusting  vampire and now a WEAK MORTAL. We are not some charity species to be hindered." the man yelled.

"A hinder would be you taking away my only happiness... You are not welcome here. I have warned you to get off my land have I not!! That vampire's name is Kim Namjoon and the mortal before you is Min Yoongi you will talk about them with respect! If you have nothing but rambling nonsense I am in no mood... GET out...." I see Hoseok take my hand, I can feel him slightly shaking, in anger.

I can feel it.

"Do not talk back to me! HOW DARE YOU!! You have no right, To think I was coming here to offer you back into our family but NO!! I can see you are no longer part of this pack!" He screamed and glared with red eyes to us.  

"You are not NO FAMILY!!! You never WERE a FATHER!!!" Hoseok shouted back. "You never thought me as anything, if anything you showed me what a true monster is... and it's something I will never be!I REFUSE TO CHANGE WHO I AM!!" he screamed his frustration.

I can feel every emotion, why is that... This man is his father?? He would never mention family... All he mentioned is that he got disowned for being who he was...  

"A wolf should know better than to let personal emotions get in the way of being a true wolf" his father replied, slowly circling us. Hoseok hid me behind him.

"A true father would know when to give up... once his only son decided to be who he wanted to be"

"A son should respectfully follow orders from his father, no matter what" he snapped back.

"Well, a father would never lay a hand on his child if he truly cared for him" I look up at Hoseok.

"The son needs to learn how to man up... and move on"

"I WAS your son, you have left me scars proving yourself not worthy of any of my respect or affection" my eyes widen in shock. Scars?

"I taught you lessons!"

"These are what your lessons left!!!" Hoseok screamed while removing his shirt off and reveling his scars. 

I was speechless, my heart is hurting for Hoseok... How can this man be his father. He can't this man is cruel, and cold while Hoseok is the opposite.

"These are not lessons you teach to a son...From that day on, you were no man worthy of being called my father." Hoseok cried. 

"Enough! You insolent mongrel. Apparently that beating wasn't enough to get you to obey! Why are you such a pathetic weak wolf!!" I see the man raise his hand up to try and hit him.

Oh Hell No.

I jumped in front of Hoseok and glared at the asshole, "Don't you dare lay a hand on Hoseok... Or I won't respond..."

"You insignificant little mortal, your threats mean nothing to me... it's time I put you in your place as well!" he raises his hand about to smack me when all of a sudden....

"You lay a finger on my mate and your a dead wolf!" Hoseok screamed and glared at him. 

"You dare raise your voice at me."

" I shall do what ever the hell I please! You are no longer my alpha leader! YOU NO LONGER HAVE AUTHORITY OVER ME! You have interfered with my life long enough. Be gone and never return." Hoseok's eyes were on fire.... The voice he used had my knees trembling. 

The anger and dominance could be heard, I see the asshole stare in shock but he ended up heading to the door. 

"I see you prefer a weak mortal over your family...I have nothing to do here anyway." He took off without saying anything else.

"Yoongi, are you okay?" I look at him, soon enough he is checking my face and body.

"Hoseok I'm fine... If anyone should be worried is me! Are you okay?"

"My scars are nothing but the emotional scars he left... Nothing of importance..." he smiled.

"He is nothing but a failure... he failed to see how precious his son is... How strong and determined he is..."  I stated and he just smiled more.

"You know exactly what to say to make me feel better." I find myself smirking.

"It's my job."
