I’m here at Style’s condo and kaalis lang niya to fix something.

“I’m hu—no, gutom na ako”I said talking to myself.

I’m practicing my Filipino accent because when I use Filipino words Style will just die laughing at me.

They said practice makes perfect kaya eto ako ngayon tsk! HAHAHAHA

I looked at the door.

Did Style forget her keys again? Lumapit ako sa pinto at binuksan ito.

Natigilan ako sa sinasabi ko when I saw Tita Min at the front door.

“Hi tita”I said and kiss her on the cheek.

Dumiretso siya sa loob ng bahay and check on everything.

“Style is not here po she needed to fix something”I said.

We are really not that close.

“So she didn’t tell you what is up?”Tita replied.

“Excuse me po?”

“Wala ka talagang alam?”she asked and I nodded “Style is getting engage soon iho”she added that really shocked me.

“What?”

“Yes you heard it right she is getting engage and be married soon. To whom? To Godwin jake Padilla. Ang nagiisang tagapag mana ng Pdll corp.”she explained.

“T-Tita you know that Style and I are been dating for a year”I said.

I don’t wanna lose Style.

“Of course I know that but Paul cars have nothing to do with our company. Do you really love my daughter?”She asked. Isn’t that obvious?

“Yes I do love her”I answered.

Tita hold my hand and look straight to my eyes.

“If you love her then you will pick things that will be better for her. And being engage with a Padilla will be for her future. For her to have a better future”she said “Her future is in your hands Paul”she added and leave.

I texted Style the address and I go straight there.

It is a park near Style’s condo para na rin hindi na siya mahirapan.

I’m already here at nauna pa ako kay Style. Napatwa na lang ako kahit kalian talaga HAHAHAHA.

I waited for dew more minutes and dumating na rin siya. When she saw me agad naman siyang tumakbo.

“Be careful”I said and I approach her.

“Hi Love miss you!”she said and fill my face with kisses.

How the hell could I leave this girl?

I need to go straight to the point para hindi na magbago ang isip ko.

“I know what happened”I said directly.

“W-What?... Oh the engagement! Don’t worry ako na bahala doon”she replied.

She acted like that is nonsense but deeply she is bothered with it.

I know her too much.

“No style… Say yes to that engagement”

“What the hell Paul? Everything is in my c-control okay? Don’t you love me na?”she said.

“Break up with me, Get engage, and work hard for your future”I said

I look away because her tears started to fall.

“Are you crazy? Nakipagbreak ka sa akin and then you wish for me to be happy. Eh kung barilin kaya kita sa ulo tapis sabihin ko sa’yong sana wag kang mamatay”she said sarcastically.

“I’m sorry”I said and leave.

Dahil konting konti na lamang ay yayakapin ko na siya’t sasabihing wala lang lahat ng sinabi ko.
