"I knew it! I knew it! I knew you'd say yes!" I hold my phone away from ear so that Leah's screaming doesn't deafen me. "Yes, Leah I'm going," I sigh. "But only for an hour or so."

"Sure, sure, whatever," she squeals. "I'm coming over right now!" "Wait what?" I quickly try to change her mind. "I'm perfectly fine, I can get ready by myself."

"I'm sure you can, but if you were to get ready by yourself, you'd end up dressed like a nun," she says.

"I would not!" I protest. "You would, so don't even bother arguing,"

I can practically hear her shaking her head.

I realise that there's really no point arguing with her. "Fine," I grumble.

She makes a high pitched noise that is supposed to be called a squeal but sounds more like a cross between a mouse and a constipated pig. I wince and resist the urge to hang up on her.

"Oh, and I have the perfect dress for you to wear! I've also got some heels that would go so well with it and also...." She goes on.

This time I don't even bother to resist the urge, I just hang up.

I sigh inwardly, what have I gotten myself into?

---------------------------------------------

Leah arrived carrying a whole lot of clothes.

"Woah, woah, woah. Hold it right there," I say. "You do realise that we are just going to a party, not a fashion parade!"

She stares at me, stunned. "Well, I thought you might need some options, considering how fussy you are."

I huff. "Fine. But remember, no heels or make-up because I am not a slut!" "Just because people wear make-up or heels does not mean that their a slut!" Leah protests. "Hell, I wear make-up and heels and am I a slut?!

That makes me go quiet. "Sorry, I'm just....nervous I guess."

She sighs and gives me a small smile. "Its, fine. I should be more considerate of how you feel anyway."

"Ugh, stop with all this touching speech crap." I hear a voice say behind me. I spin around and see a smirking Andy standing there. "So, you finally agreed to come."

"Yes, and you should be thanking me because I'm still not totally convinced that it'll be fun," I tell him."But," I say holding up my hand as Andy tries to interrupt me. "I'll still go for an hour or two, but there will be no pressuring me into drinking okay?"

"Okay!" Leah replies happily.

"Fine." Andy grumbled.

"Then let's get ready!" I grin. This could actually be fun!

----------------------------------------------

"Ok, so this is the dress that you're going to wear," Leah says, pulling out a cerulean dress that falls down to the middle of my thighs and the bottom part is creased. It's absolutely gorgeous and I fall in love with it straight away. But, of course there are a few, well, problems.

"I absolutely love it, Leah. It's so pretty! But, it's also a bit short and I'm pretty sure that it's made for someone who is skinny enough to actually fit into it," I tell her with a sigh.

"Ashley Davis! You have an amazing body and," she says stepping closer to me. " I know for a fact that Noah will be there, that's why I chose this dress because it will show off that amazing body of yours."

"Really? He's going to be there?!" I squeal. Then I realised what I'd just said. "Um, I mean, that's great, cool, uh yeah, whatever," I stumble over my words as I try to cover up my mistake.
