Kalani's POV. (pronounced Kuh- La-Nee)

"... I need you on stand by for further investigation. I want to know were they are planning to attack now..."

"Yes, Alpha"

"I also need you to find out who she is and how she got here..."

I open my eyes only to shut them again. It was dark... My body was too heavy to move. Oh no, did he find me. Did he drug me again? Was this the end of me? Was I going to die? Will he  finally kill me?

I started to panic. It was getting harder to breath.

"shhhhh... Don't panic. Just breathe"

A beautiful warm voice spoke softly to me. I don't know why, but the silkiness in the voice was so smooth it made me easily calm down.

"I am right here, My Flower. Sleep Now..."

After hearing the voice again, I instantly went back to sleep

The strong aroma of disinfectant spray and cleaning solution hit my nose before my eyes opened to see white. I sat up as I looked around the place. Where was am I? Why are all the walls white. Is this one of his experiment rooms?

I heard a rhythmic beeping noise and I turned to the source. It was some type of screen with numbers on them. Attached to the gadget were small thin clear tubes that lead its way into my arm. 

I can feel myself starting to panic again. He was doing it again. He was going to heal me and then do it again. I have to get out of here.

I swung my leg off the bed and jumped off of it. I then pulled the tubes out of my arms and ran to the window. To my luck, it was not locked. I looked outside and saw that I was on the 3rd level. There were woods just a couple of yards away. It was perfect for me. I climbed out of the window and jumped out. Before I touched the ground, I heard a voice yell

"THE PATIENT IS GONE SOMEBODY FIND HER"

Awwww Nutballs... They realized I was gone. This only meant that I needed to leave faster. Once I touched the ground, I broke off into a sprint towards the woods.

I was running only for a minute or two when I started to hear the sounds of paws hitting the ground.

Ah...Jeez they caught up to me already? 

I tried to run as fast as I could but the wolfs were gaining on me.

I decided to use the special power of mine to accelerate my speed. It didn't take long for me to zoom way ahead of them.

I didn't take long for me to run out of energy. I decided to decrease my speed and stopped beside a big oak tree near the top of a hill.

As I sat to catch my breath, I heard a low growl coming from behind me. Oh God... They found me. I turned around only to find a big wolf slowly walking towards me. This wolf was different. The wolf had midnight black fur and beautiful forest green eyes.

I started to take a step back. As if on cue, the wolf growled ferociously at me. I let out a shriek, turned around and kept running.

Me, being my stupid self didn't realize that I wasn't on a hill. No... I was on a cliff. And when do I realize this, well when it becomes too late.

"AHHHHHH..."
