Chapter 3

You hear muffled voices.
"Hey Gon, let's go, we can't waste time!"
"No, let's wait a bit, I feel bad for suddenly knocking her out. I hope she wakes up soon"
You can't exactly get what they are saying, but you know that something is happening.

You slowly open your eyes and see a blurry face.
"Ooh! She woke up! That's good!"
You adjust to the brightness and look at the person in front of you. Staring at you is a teenage-looking boy with black spiky hair and hazel brown eyes. He has a bright smile on his face.

"Thank goodness you're awake! I'm so sorry for knocking you down! I didn't pay attention to where I was going and before I realized, you were laying on the ground unconscious! The boy talked energetically. He seemed relieved. And oddly familiar?
"It's fin-" you answer, and the memories from the morning came rushing into your head. You look up in fear.
"What's wrong? Did you hurt your head! I'm so sorry! Does it hurt? Oh, what can I do..." the boy walks back and fourth.
"Ah, my name is Gon Freecss. May I ask your name?" He offers you his hand and smiles innocently.

Gon freecss, Gon... it seems almost too familiar. You lift your head and notice a handsome white-haired boy standing behind Gon.
"Gon, she's awake now let's go already!" He tells him.
Wait.. where did I see them before? ..... .....

Then it clicked!
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" You scream at the top of your lungs in realization of what's happening. The famous Gon and Killua duo are standing in front of you.
"Hey, it's not really polite to scream after you've seen someone's face you know," the white-haired boy snaps.
You try to back away but you can't move.

"Hey, are you ok? You seem a bit weird," Gon questioned you.
You swallow and manage to get something out of your mouth
"Ye-ye-yea I-I'm fine, I-I think." You are still shocked and can't think properly, "M-my name is (name)"
"Nice to meet you, (name). Why are you so scared?" Gon leaned in front of you.

Still unable to comprehend what is happening, you start crying again. Gon is surprised and tries to ask you what is going on.
"He-hey, what's wrong (name)? Why are you crying? Does your head hurt that badly?" He acts all panicky.
Killua, who has been watching all this from the side, gets irritated and sits in front of me and starts wiping my tears
"Idiot! Look at you, crying like a 5 year old. Calm down and tell us normally what happened" you look into the boys bright blue eyes and suddenly stop crying.

"Well the thing is, is that in the morning I woke up here, all alone when yesterday I was in my bedroom. I have no idea where I am and why am I here. I am very scared and I'm not sure what to to..." your eyes tear up again.
"Whoa, this sounds rough," Gon sighs, "Is there anything we could help you with?"
"Hey!" Killua shouts, "Do you actually expect us to believe her? What if she is a spy from the phantom troupe?"
You sob. You realize yourself how impossible the story sounds to them. You begin to lose all hope.

"Hey, Killua, don't say that! I believe her. Don't you?" Gon looks at his friend confidently, "Stop insulting everyone and try to believe in people for once! Hey, (name), since you have no where to go, would you like to join us in our travels?"
You look at him in disbelief, and happiness.
"Oi, Gon!" Killua starts complaining but Gon shuts him.
"A-are you sure? I don't want to be a bother.." you mutter.
"What are you saying? Of course you won't be!" Gon flashes a bright smile at you, "Don't worry, you will be safe with me!"

You smile back at Gon.
"Geez, you're unbelievable, okay then, follow us" Killua finally gave in.
"Really?! Thank you Killua!" You cried in relief.
"Huh? Did I tell you my name?" Killua looks at me suspiciously. 'Crap, I can't let him know that I know him from the anime!'
"I-I just overheard Gon saying your name.... haha.." you start to sweat but he just ignored you.

You still can't believe that you are with them! Wait, does that mean you are in the anime world?? How? You feel excited yet terrified.. well, you decide not to question anything and just go with the flow. You still have your doubts but you decide to enjoy your dream to the fullest while you can.
