Students move into the classroom. Miss Gomez enters the room.

The students turn back in unison to Arthur.
ARTHUR
(whispering)

Miss Gomez rushes to the back of the class to face Arthur's gaze.
MISS GOMEZ
What did you think of Professor Jenner?
ARTHUR
I...
MISS GOMEZ
Nothing to answer? How did you find him?
ARTHUR
Special...
Miss Gomez and the rest of the class laughs. Arthur doesn't understand.
MISS GOMEZ
(in a soft and affectionate voice)
Well done. You've been polite. Don't worry about it. It is indeed "special" as you say. You seem like a nice guy and it's nice to meet you.
Arthur smiles, reassured to see that not all the teachers here are always in a bad mood.
ARTHUR
Likewise.
Miss Gomez is returning to the blackboard.
MISS GOMEZ
I ask you all to give a warm welcome to our new student so that he can spend the best year possible here.
Bruce turns around and gives Arthur a menacing look as if to announce that he was ready to spoil his year. Arthur replies with a smile. Arthur will never let this happen, no matter how nice he may be.
MISS GOMEZ
