Today was the day Changkyun was to move in, so I made a point to clear my schedule of any individual work, because I wanted to greet our new member. Obviously not because a little birdie told me Hoseok and his friends would be there to help. I lazily put up on my glasses as I shuffled down the hallway. "When is Changkyun coming with his stuff?" I asked Jooheon, who was preparing Welcome 'Home' cupcakes and a banner, because we truly are, just that extra. "He'll be here in around an hour and a half! Why are both of you sleep so late! It's nearly two! Did you at least get his matress set up yet?" He responded as he hurried around the kitchen. "I did that last night, and before you ask, Min dusted the closet and we picked up all the clothes off your floor." He sighed in relief and took a cake out of the oven. "I didn't expect you to be the one so interested in the new member." I laughed at his intense focus on frosting the cake. "Shut up, he's a good kid, and he's done a lot to support me, so I want to do all I can to make him understand how much I appreciate him." I almost awed at how Jooheon looked talking about Changkyun. "Well I'm gonna wake Min up and leave you to your preparations." He smiled and I walked down the hallway back to my room. "Minhyuk-ah, wake up, Changkyun will be here in an hour and a half." He stirred slightly and sat on his bed and shook him. "Minhyuk-ah, Shownu will be here soon~" He grinned brightly with his eyes still closed. "If I sleep he'll be here sooner..." He mumbled and turned over. "Come on Minhyuk-ah, do you really want Shownu to see you with your bed hair and smell your morning breath?" He sat up immediately and rushed out of the room. I laughed and stood up to walk back to the living room. "What did you tell him that got him up so quickly?" Jooheon asked as he rushed around putting up streamers. "Just reminded him that Shownu was coming." Jooheon laughed as he dodged me to go back into the kitchen. "Well is there anything else you need me to do?" I asked as I awkwardly watched him hustling around. "Just make sure that you're ready to see Hoseok~" He teased as he adjusted the cupcakes again. "Aish, I don't have feelings for him." I said with a pout.

They arrived with alcohol, balloons, and all of Changkyun's stuff. "WELCOME HOME CHANGKYUN-AH!" Jooheon, Minhyuk, and I yelled and used one of the poppers. He smiled and blushed. "Thank you so much!" He said coming further into the house. "Well then, who wants to help me get his stuff out of my car!" Hoseok exclaimed. "I'll go!" I said. "Me too!" Kihyun added. "I helped get it into the car so I'm gonna have to pass on getting it out." Shownu said. Hoseok rolled his eyes and gestured for me and Kihyun to follow him outside. "There's really not much since he didn't bring anything when we moved together and we haven't been there long." Kihyun said as we walked to the car. "That's good." I said following close behind them. We continued in silence, and with our combined strength we were able to get everything up in one trip and get back to the main festivities. "So how does it feel having one of your biggest fanboys fanboys move in with you?" Kihyun jokingly asked Jooheon. "Well he seems cool, plus I'm also his biggest fanboy so we're even." Changkyun hid his face and shrunk in his chair but mumbled a response. "Y-You're my only fanboy pabo..." It was quiet but most everyone heard it, including Jooheon. "I'm sure once people see you they'll be bias you straightaway!" Jooheon encouraged. "Well anyway, let's drink and celebrate!" Hoseok exclaimed. I really admire how he can turn sad or awkward conversations into a lot of fun, it's one of the things that I, in friendly way, love about him. "Woooo!" A few people all yelled in response and began sloppily pouring the alcohol. I didn't really want to drink, but how could I refuse when Hoseok was smiling so brightly and passing me a cup?

By two cups Min was borderline sloppy drunk and I don't want to even describe the random things he was loudly whispering to Shownu, Changkyun and Jooheon were having a very serious philosophical talk about the contents of dog poop, and the rest of us were calm. Shownu, oh dear Shownu, was nodding at whatever Min said, Kihyun, who hadn't drank anything because he was driving, was sat judging all the drunks, which left Hoseok and I, who at sometime had ended up next to each other. "Weirdest housewarming party I've ever been to." Hoseok mused as we sipped our alcohol. "Yeah, so different then it was when me and the rest of MX started living each other." I said looking around. We watched in horror as Minhyuk started trying to escalate his situation with Shownu. "How much you wanna bet they end up having sex on the table?" I said as we both shielded our eyes. "I'll put twenty bucks that they won't do it." he said. I nodded. "Alright, deal, but when we're all asleep tonight there's no telling what a drunk Minhyuk can convince a drunk Shownu to do." He grimaced in slight disgust at the thought. "If it actually happens though I'm moving out!" I declared and he laughed. "You can always move in with me." He winked. I felt a little flustered but I cleared my throat to regain my composure. "Anyway, since it looks like Shownu won't be leaving anytime soon, and Kihyun is asleep, you can come sleep in my room." He looked a bit flustered. "Where would I sleep?" He choked out. "Hoseok chill, we're like pretty much best friends, you can sleep next to me." He still didn't seem convinced. "Isn't it awkward considering all the stuff I've said about you on my account?" He said concerned. "That was just internet talk, I know you don't actually feel that strongly about me in real life. He smiled and nodded but he got up harshly. "Just follow me, it's right this way." We walked in and he quickly took his shoes off and got into bed. I climbed in as well and he had his back turned to me. After a few minutes I was finally drifting to sleep but I heard Hoseok mumble. "What if I did have that strong of feelings in real life...?"

FUnny story: My friends and I were talking about when we get drunk for the first time and my friend said she wanted to bring her boyfriend, and I said absolutely not, I don't want on sex on my table, but she thought I said with tables, so I jokingly said Table~Oppa, and now it's a running inside joke,,,Byeeeeeeee
