Chapter 4

Authers pov

Yui looked around only to see Kanato who has cuddling Kurumu's arm who was beside him. "Big sister, Kanato! I didn't know you were still here..." Yui said "Of course we are Yui. You act so surprised but you must know I wanted to see you." Kanato said "Huh?" Yui asked confused. "Because I'm thirsty." He said as he walked closer to Yui hugging Kurumu's arm dragging her with him "And teddy is too. Isn't that right teddy?" Kanato asked looking at his beloved teddy bear "I'm very sorry. Oh, I'll go out and but teddy a gift. Do you think you can forgive me teddy?" Yui asked smiling at the said bear. "Would you kindly stop talking to my teddy as if you know him?!" Kanato angrily demaoned "Kurumu and I are the only one's he will ever need!(yeah I did that) Isn't that right teddy?" Kanato said glancing at his teddy bear. "Yui I'll go get him something to drink. I'll be right back." Kurumu said smiling motherly and warmly at the vampire next to her before gently removing her arm before running to get him something to drink. Yui stared at her sister not noticing Kanato taking her bag and putting it on the roof and coming back before she did.

Timeskip

Kurumu came back holding a green mug filled with hot chocolate that had a bit of milk inside to cool it down and a touch of honey that made really delicious and sweet

"Hey Kanato. You like hot chocolate right?" Kurumu asked knowing her purple-haired vampire friend love for sweets. Kanato smiled at her before taking a sip and his eyes anime sparkled liking the taste of it

Kurumu giggled as she and Kanato started walking away "Hey Kanato, do you know where my bag is?" Yui asked "Oh that. I put it up on the roof." Kanato said drinking his hot chocolate "But... but why?" Yui asked :To punish you." Was all the purple-haired vampire said before the vampire and succubus walked away.

Time skip

Yui's pov

I picked up my bag and started walking only to hear Laito talking about Kurumu, it was easy to tell who he was talking about once he got to the hair, eyes and beasts. I shook my head and walked to the door only to be grabbed and pinned. I looked to see Laito before he bite me. He pulled away making a disgusted face and I knew why. All the brothers said my blood was bland and terrible to big sister's even if they didn't bite her yet, they could tell by our scents. Mine was induring enough they could talk to me and be in the same room as me without gagging and big sister's scent smelled like chocolate, roses and lavender. I quickly ran away and to the place of him, god. I looked around and had a flashback of big sister and me when she was 10 and I was 5. She always sang a lullaby that was so beautiful that it could never get old. I walked back home to my room passing big sister and Kanato who were making sweets and laughing. I fall asleep after changing into my nightgown and getting under the blanket.

Dream

A five year old Yui and kurumu were outside in their rose garden back home. Yui was wearing a white dress with a ribbon and black tights with back flats. Where her flower piece would be was replaced with two black bows.

Kurumu was so beautiful in the most beautiful dress, it was hard to know she was even a succubus

(That was her outfit as a kid, everything in the picture was what she looked like as a child. Pretend her eyes are purple)

Kurumu sang to Yui as they made flower crowns, her voice even beautiful and enchantment as a child. "Distant moon, so big and bright. Softest silver glowing through the night. High atop, the mountain hold. Sun unseen, the world is cold. Here I wait, and here I stand. Early morning northern hour hand. Studying, in solitude. Looking for, a hidden clue. I wish, to see this world through my own eyes. To calm, the elders and silence their crys. Because, of you I now gaze up ad sing. The lullaby of the moo-oon. Found at last, I steal away. Moving faster through the slight shade. Sea of stars, like flowers bloom. Looking for, the hidden tomb. Here I found, the crescent blade. Forged by Rakkor, surely lunar made. Shining down, upon the earth. Now they'll see, I'll prove my worth. I wish, to see this world through my own eyes. To calm the elders and silence their crys. Because, of you I now gaze up the lullaby of the moo-oon! Condemned me to death. With my last breath. Sorrow and anger. Fill my head. Distant moon, so big and bright. Softest silver glowing through the night. High atop, the mountain gold. Sun unseen, the world is cold. Now I know, my chosen path. Higher calling they will know my wrath. Raise my relic blade. I will not be swayed. With the might of the moon by my side." Kurumu sang before they went in and went to bed, sharing a room of course at that age. Yui hugged her sister in her sleep smiling.

End dream

Yui smiled in her sleep childishly hugging her pillow.
