From 3.11 "Mystery Spot", in the parking lot, Catty held Sam and Dean's dead bodies, crying.

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "This life..."

From 2.21 "All Hell Breaks Loose: Part 1", in the Ghost Town, Sam died in Dean and Catty's arms as they cried.

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "Hunting..."

From 3.16 "No Rest for the Wicked", in the family's house, Sam, Dean and Ness cried over Catty's dead body.

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "Monsters..."

From 9.23 "Do You Believe in Miracles?", in the warehouse, Sam, Dean and Catty stopped running in shock and horror when they saw Ness stabbed in the heart.

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "There's no joy in it."

From 7.01 "Meet the New Boss", in Crowley's warehouse, Sam was crying as he held Octavia's body. Dean, Ness, Bobby and Catty were devastated.

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "There's nothing but pain."

From 6.22 "The Girl Who Knew Too Much", in the lab, Castiel was horrified and angry when he saw Octavia killed. "No!"

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "Horror."

From 12.23 "All Along the Watchtower", outside the cabin, Octavia's Angel Sword pierced through Castiel's chest from behind while Levi was run through with an Angel Blade, causing Castiel and Levi to flash with blindingly bright white light as everyone watched in shock and devastation.

Dean: (voice over from 13.03 Patience) "And death."

From 12.09 "First Blood", in the woods, Billie looked at the family and Levi. "Winchesters all have the same tendency of dying and coming back again and again and again. Sabrina doesn't have to worry about dying, and most likely neither do Ariel and Faith, but your family probably passed that habit on to Aiden and Amara."

From 10.23 "Lover's Keeper", in the restaurant, Ness swung the scythe over Sabrina's head, turning to stab Death in the chest. Death turned to ash, crumbling into dust on the floor.

Death: (voice over from 6.11 Appointment in Samarra) "You're an affront to the balance of the universe, and you cause disruption on a global scale."

From 12.09 "First Blood", in the woods, an Angel Blade pierced through Billie's chest from behind, making her glow with bright white light and fall down dead, revealing Levi behind her.

From 13.03 "Patience", in Ariel's room, Ariel, Kai, Jack and Faith were sitting on the floor, facing each other.

"If we do this, then we might be able to make everyone happy again," Kai told them. "And it won't be so hard on Ava to control herself. And Catty will have them back."

"And we could find a way to save Sabrina and Mary, too," Jack added.

Ariel took Kai's hands in hers so they could focus their power together. Faith and Jack held hands to do the same. Their eyes glowed as they called out their names. "Castiel. Levi."

From 13.03 "Patience", in the Empty, Castiel and Levi heard their voices echoing in their minds, waking up.

Kai: (voice over from 13.04 The Big Empty) "I think that when we tried to call out to Cas and Levi, it didn't work."

From 13.04 "The Big Empty", in Kai's room, Ariel, Faith, Kai and Jack were talking.

"Do we tell the others about what we tried to do?" Jack asked.
