From 12.23 "All Along the Watchtower", in the Apocalypse World, the family and Brandon were transported through the rift into the world.

"It's a world where you, Ariel and Faith were raised on the evil side of things, Sabrina," Levi explained.

Sabrina, Ariel and Faith looked around in shock.

"All of this..." Sabrina trailed off.

"We did this?" Faith asked.

From 13.02 "The Rising Sage", in the Apocalypse World, there were flashes of the fight between AW Sabrina, Ariel and Faith, our Sabrina, and Lucifer.

Sam: (voice over from 12.23 All Along the Watchtower) "Not you. Other versions of you."

From 12.23 "All Along the Watchtower", outside the cabin, Sabrina used her glowing white power to push Lucifer through the rift just as it was about to close, but Lucifer grabbed Sabrina by the arm to pull her with him. Mary tried to grab Sabrina to pull her back, being the closet one to the rift, but she ended up being pulled with them.

From 13.02 "The Rising Sage", in the Apocalypse World, AW Sabrina, Ariel and Faith were facing Sabrina and Lucifer.

"What are you gonna do?" Lucifer asked. "Kill me?"

"Or, maybe not," AW Faith answered. "Maybe we need you."

From 13.03 "Patience", in the Hybrid Cell, Sabrina and Mary were sitting in the cell.

"Your evil counterpart is a Hybrid, Sabrina," Mary told her. "And she, and the evil versions of Ariel and Faith, have the Hybrid Tablet, and every other Tablet on this planet, causing them to be more powerful than anything we've faced before. And you're... carrying two Hybrids."

"They linked me to the Hybrid Tablet so that they can try to control me," Sabrina told her.

Mary gestured to Sabrina's stomach. "You need someone here with you to help them."

Sabrina sighed heavily, worriedly. "No one knows."

From 13.04 "The Big Empty", in the Apocalypse World, AW Sabrina, Ariel and Faith were trying to use the Tablets to control Sabrina.

"Let me guess," Sabrina told them sarcastically. "You want to use me to figure out a way to get to my Earth so you can bring that world to its knees, too?"

"Did we tell you what happened to our version of our family?" AW Sabrina asked.

"You told me that you killed them," Sabrina answered. "After everything that happened to your family, to Levi, Brandon and Sage. That's why you turned out the way you did."

From 13.02 "The Rising Sage", in Crowley's throne room, Asmodeus appeared with thunder. He walked toward the throne. "I am Asmodeus."

"Fourth Prince of Hell," Drexel told them.

Asmodeus used his power to kill the remainder of the Demons that he didn't call.

Asmodeus: (voice over from 13.02 The Rising Sage) "There's a new sheriff in town."

Later, Drexel looked at Asmodeus. "No trace of Lucifer."

"At this point, we must focus on the sons," Asmodeus told him. "Just as Aiden, Amara, Sabrina, Ariel and Faith Winchester."

"Sabrina Winchester hasn't been seen since Lucifer disappeared, sir," Drexel explained.

While Asmodeus was speaking, there were flashes of Octavia dealing with her hexed mind, and flashes of Aiden, Amara, Ariel, Faith, Jack and Kai using their powers throughout 13.01 to 13.06.
