You lost your parents when you were around 12 years old and have been hiding in places since then. You have a scholarship into Ouran High School. This is all new to you as you have not been to school for ages. When you become friends with Haruhi, she forces you to go to Ouran's Host Club with her, at this point you didn't know she was a she or that was a Host, so you go with her, for her sake of course.
