Chapter 12: The chance of hope?

Peyton's POV:
After having these thoughts in my head and after, I stopped looking at him. I decided to do something cheeky. I got ready to push him off as I placed my hands in front of my face, ready to push him off. He suddenly, grabbed my wrist and placed my hands down while intertwining his hands with mine saying.
"Don't, I already know what you were going to do," he said in a groggy voice while chuckling as well.
"When- did you wake up?" I asked hesitantly.
"Right, before you were going to push me off the bed." He said while laughing.
"Hey, it's not funny." I said while hiding under the covers.
"Aw, Peyton is shy." He said teasingly.
I quickly pulled off, the covers and ran into the bathroom as fast as I could.
"Your so cute, Peyton." I heard him say, after that I locked the bathroom door.
"You better get ready soon, we are going out for breakfast. Oh and there is clean clothes outside the door, if you want it." He said and then he walked off.

Damn Jeon Jungkook, why are you making me fall hard for you?
I decided to get myself cleaned up before going out for breakfast.

~Time skip: 15 minutes later~

Continuation of Peyton's POV:
I finished cleaning up myself. I remembered Jungkook saying that there is clean clothes outside. I didn't want to put on the clothes I wore yesterday, so I opened the door and quickly grabbed the spare clothes outside the door. He gave me a long sized white t-shirt with some blue jeans, surprising the jeans fitted me well. I opened, the bathroom door and walked towards the living room where, Jungkook was sitting relaxingly staring at his phone. His eyes shot up, looking at me and he was staring at me.
"Why are you staring at me?" I asked mockingly.
"I'm not," he replied confidently.
"Really?" I asked curiously.
"Yes, I'm hundred percent sure." He replied.
"Well, I see that your ready we may as well leave for breakfast." He said.
"Okay let's go," I replied back.

~Time skip: In Jungkook's car~

"So, where are we going?" I asked.
"We're going to the Hongdae breakfast cafe," he replied.
"Oh, omg I love that place." I said smiled with excitement.
"I didn't know that you knew that place," he said.
"Well, who wouldn't know that place, it's such a good cafe for breakfast. I also go there all the time." I replied.

~Time skip: At the Hongdae cafe~

"Ah, omg. This place is so pretty!" I said enthusiastically.
"Well, let's get a table and sit down." He said.
"Okay," I replied quickly.
Our table that we chose to sit was near a window. I was looking out the window, looking at the Hongdae streets and realized this is my second home.

Third person POV:
Meanwhile, Peyton was looking out the window stunned. Jungkook was staring at the menu but really he was hesitantly thinking about, if he should confess to Peyton once again to be sure that she doesn't actually want to date him. Peyton looked back at Jungkook and asked him.
"So Jungkook, what do you want to eat?" Peyton asked.
There was no reply.
"Um, earth to Jungkook." Peyton said while shaking her hand over his face.
"Oh, sorry what did you say?" Jungkook replied.
"Well, I asked what do you want to eat?" Peyton replied once again for the second time.
"I was thinking about maybe a waffle set and ice-cream on the side," Jungkook replied.
"Omg, did you just read my mind? I was about to say the same thing." Peyton said surprised.
"Ah well, I can read people's minds you know." Jungkook said while cracking up laughing.

~Time skip: after they ate~

Jungkook's POV:
"Do you want to go to the nearest park?" I asked.
"Sure," she replied with a bright smile that always makes my day.

~Time skip: at the Park~

Peyton's POV:
As Jungkook and I, walked to the closest park near the Hongdae cafe. I realized that I had been to this park but I didn't know when. Then it hit me, I was here when Jungkook was giving me a cold shoulder. Suddenly, my smile dropped into a more gloomy smile. Jungkook noticed it and asked.
"Hey, are you okay?"
"Um ah. Yeah of course I am," I replied while stuttering.

Jungkook's POV:
"I have a question to ask you," I said while I nervously letting my saliva go down my throat.
"Sure, go ahead ask me." She replied without hesitation.
"Ah um, do you want to be my girlfriend?" I asked.
"Um Jungkook, please give me-," she said before I interrupted her.
"Don't worry, I will give you some time to think and I will always be here waiting for you," I replied while smiling.
Peyton, don't worry I will always be here waiting for you no matter how far apart we are, if you like someone else or if you don't trust me anymore. Peyton, I love you and I always will...
