Leafy's Memory

Balloony's POV:

It was only last week actually that I was just sitting on the ground bored. Then
I suddenly looked over. Flower had just opened a jar of.... cyandide?

And there was... Black Hole!?!

Oh no no no this is not good. BH was already sucking up everything. I heard David say "Aw, Seriously?!" as he was sucked up.

"Flower! What have you done-" I screamed as I was sucked up in Black Hole. I popped as Life faded.

Suddenly, I was back to normal, recovered with Pin and Pillow, by this weird... alien in the shape of a 4. I looked over at Black Hole. He was crushed down to a smaller size.

How is that even possible? I asked myself. At least the setting was back to normal as well. "I'm so excited you guys remembered to bring me back!" I said to Four. But nobody really said anything.

"Can you.... leave now?" Said Taco.

That was when the Battle for B.F.D.I. Began. 64 contestants? That's a lot. I started having flashbacks to BFDIA, where I didn't get in. I couldn't be the same freak I was last time.

Leafy's POV:

In IDFB, I started out as mean. But when Firey and Gelatin found me, they thought I was a monster and wanted to kill me . Eventually I found everyone not in the TLC. Besides Rocky, Spongy, and Woody, they all hated me. Oh, and maybe Pen too. I felt bad for him, he always seemed confused. Pin though... Oof. I missed her the most. But she hates me.

I remembered that day.

It was late at night in Yoyleland. I was still metal from surviving on yoyleberries. Fries was planting some kind of potatoes, probably to grow more Fries. I saw Coiny going to Fries. I was hiding in the bushes with a knife, about to kill Coiny, for all the pain he had caused me. "Hey Fries!" he said. "I got some boiled water so we could finally do, some deep fried breaths! I connected the dots. I-D-F-B. It's Deep Fried Breaths. I almost rolled down in laughter. But I still wanted him dead.

"i'm Not participating!" yelled Fries. I was about to throw the knife at Coiny. Then he suddenly started to breathe it in. It was very gruesome. In that insane moment, something 'clicked' in my Brain.

I realized I needed to be nicer, I needed to make up all the friends I lost back. I walked away. Coiny then saw me. "You!" he said. He then started to chase me with Fries on his heels. He eventually caught me with a net. He looked surprised to see me. "Leafy??? What are you doing here--" I then started to cry as much tears as possible. I just wanted to have a chance.

Coiny's heart seemed to soften. "Leafy, WHY did you steal Dream Island?? You had everything, and now everyone hates you! WHY?" I sighed. "Firey wouldn't let me on Dream Island, so I got jealous and bought the island from the announcer." Coiny and Fries' eyes widened. "Maybe it was all a misunderstanding.." thought Coiny. The three of us sat in silence. Coiny then snapped his fingers. "I know! You don't have to sleep out here. Why don't you come sleep with everyone?"

My mouth opened in shock. "But... But everyone hates me!!" Coiny shrugged. "Who cares?"He had a point. I was really starting to like Coiny.

"Ok. Let's go." I said. We walked in silence to Coiny's house with Pin. Fries walked away. Coiny unlocked the door. "Hey Coin, I got my color back from--" She saw me. She screamed. "Wait! Pin! Don't-" Coiny gulped.

Suddenly everyone not in the TLC showed up within two minutes. I noticed Firey, Bubble, Woody, and many of my old friends from BFDI. They all started freaking out and saying hurtful things. Except Woody. He just came up and hugged me. Woody was like my little brother.

Everyone stopped, just looking at Woody and I right in front of Coiny's house.

I looked at Gelatin. He had a horrible glare in his eyes. I gulped. Firey just looked scared. I desperately wanted to tell him what I felt about him, but I think he sees me as a monster. Which he does.

Bubble was the only one who looked calm. "Loify, why are you here? I thought Gelatin killed you!"

Firey gaped. "Wait, that was—YOU?!" Pointing at me. "Oh, well, I didn't actually die, I—never mind. Can I talk to you all?" Coiny, Pin, and Woody exited the apartment.

Eraser and Blocky glared, and Pencil looked mad, but Pen gave me a thumbs up and smile of encouragement. It was at that moment the metal wore off. I was my normal, green self again.

"Wait, what?" Said Firey. Everyone looked at me. I sighed, and began my speech.

"Guys, in BFDI I was a nice person, but I became selfish when I stole Dream Island. I did something wrong to Firey, who was my best friend. I broke all of you guys trust, and I'm sorry. Can't we just talk this over? I just want to be friends again. I just feel that I want to start over."

Everyone just looked at me. Nickel shrugged. "So you stole Dream Island, so what?" Everyone from BFDI glared at Nickel. "What?? You guys give her too much crap."

Then Tennis Ball and Woody stood by me. "Leafy, I forgive you. I don't really care about Dream Island. Friendship is more important." Woody muttered gibberish. Golf Ball looked uncertain. "Will you keep that promise???" She said "I'll try." I said.

"Then I'll give you a second chance. I'm sorry. I should have thought about your feelings before wanting to execute you."  Said GB. "You have done nothing wrong, GB." I said, giving her a hug. Soon everyone, including Pencil (what?) except Firey, who just looked confused, and Pin and Gelatin, who were just hurt, wanted to be friends again.

Pin glared at me. "Do you realize what it was like to lose you as a friend??" She yelled. "I thought we were great friends. But you became evil." I sighed, wanting to cry. "Pin... losing your friendship is my biggest regret. I'm sorry. I want to make it up to you."

Pin's heart softened. We then hugged, and cried. Us two had been through a lot together. We let go. "Let's just start over." Said Pin. "Fine..." muttered Gelatin.

From then on I became nice again, and everyone loved me.

So in BFB, I was much nicer.

I suddenly snapped out of my fantasy. I was talking to Woody when GB was running over.

Balloony's POV

The first contest was to bring a basket back to X. I completed the task. But my air came out.

I feel in a daze.
