An Unlikely Friendship

Pencil's POV:

One thing about Eternal Algebra Class I haven't spoken about is when Four leaves. Well, I THINK, I don't know, he leaves when he hosts the show, and stays when he doesn't. He is soooo annoying. Like, where did you even come from? He's like a illegal alien.

At least I'm not alone anymore. I have Leafy. I am so embarrassed to admit this... but Leafy is amazing. I wonder how she finds everything so positive. I wish I could be more like her. In the solitude of EXIT, it's nice to have a friend by your side. (Sniff) Gosh darn it Pencil, You said You wouldn't cry....

I was sitting down in the corner of the classroom. Why did I have to be here.... 

Leafy walked up. "What's up Pencil?"

I sighed. I thought about saying "Nothing." But Leafy isn't very easy to lie to. And the truth is... I need someone to talk to for what's been bottled up inside me.... suddenly, I started to cry.

Leafy's POV:

I was shocked. Pencil crying? She is the queen of toughness, and her clique. Her alliance, I mean. But I needed to comfort her, we are friends, after all.

Pencil's POV:

"What's wrong?" Asked Leafy, worriedly.

"I- I HATE THIS PLACE!" I screamed. "I just want to be back in Goiky and be with Match!" and I cried. I missed my friends. I then realized- Bubble. How she must have felt. It was all my fault.

"Leafy," I sobbed. "It's my fault I'm here. The way- I mean Bubble- I miss her...." I cried in Leafy's arms.

Leafy said, "Pencil. One thing I've learned, is you can't change what's in the past. But you can change your future."

Leafy's POV:

I Continued.  "Remember when I stole Dream Island? I was rejected by everyone, had no one to talk to, let me tell ya, I was a mess." Pencil looked down, guilty. "But I learned, and now... I don't make those mistakes."

Pencil looked at me gratefully. "Thanks, Leafy. I can count on you." We sat in silence.
