So if you're reading this, thank you so much. My writing isn't the best, but I try. It means so much to me, even though I'm not a very popular writer, and I means a lot to me to have somebody read my stuff. Anyways, thank you. This chapter contains some violence so I thought id give a heads up.

Eva's POV

I paced back and forth in the sun warmed tent. After I had came back to the camp, Felix sent me to this tent. Recognition struck me and I knew that there would be some sort of punishment for my actions. I had been fairly rude to Peter and going against his rules was probably an unwise thing. I saw the fear in some of the boys. I analyzed how Peter stood and talked, like nobody could hurt him, like he had complete control over everything and everybody.

Peter showed up in front of the doorway. I wanted to hit him, but a spell on the tent prevented me from letting me pass through the doorway.

"Hello love," he said with a smile.

"Are you thinking about your actions from previous might bring you?"

With a sigh, I admit I was.

"Yes, I really wasn't thinking and I'm really regretting that now. Is it possible for me to just be forgiven?"

Peter roller his eyes at me and laughed.

"You really don't understand yet, do you? There is always going to be a punishment. Remember that for next time."

Peter stepped towards me and grabbed my wrist, dragging me out of the tent. The lost boys stood in a circle around a fire. A metal rod sat beside the fire. Peter dragged me to the centre of the circle, a devious smile playing at his lips.

"Do you understand how this will work, or will you need a better explanation?"

I nodded and stood with a straighter back. Felix picked up the rod, and placed the tip of it in the flames. With a squeak, I braced myself for the touch of the red iron. Gasping, the rod burned into my flesh, just above my collar bone. A scream escaped my lips, and I saw Felix grin. He took the rod off my skin and looked me in the eyes.

"Peter," I moaned, "please don't go on. I-I understand now."

Peter chuckled and nodded his head. Felix brought the rod back towards me, this time placing it on my cheek. I could hear my flesh burning even through my pained screams. Felix put the rod down and left me screaming. Peter approached me and waved his hand across my wounds.

"Why didn't you run? Nobody was holding you here. You could have escaped, left the island."

My eyes burned into Peters soul, now that the pain was gone.

"Don't take me for an idiot. I know I wouldn't be able to leave. Let's not make the punishment any worse."

With those words I let out a smile, letting him know I was not going to let him control me. Peter waved me away, and I slowly made my way back to my tent.

Anyways, thanks for reading. I realize I've already added a bit much violence for two chapters, but I'll get better at this. Anyways, thanks! :)
