Marinette's POV

I paced around my room. I don't know why it just helps me feel better.

"Stop." I heard Tikki say.

"He's right, Phénix should have appeared right there. But she didn't. Y/N didn't show up. I have to find her." I said. Yeah, I know who Phénix is. And it was me that actually delivered the miraculous to her.

"But It's night. And you have school tomorrow. You know you don't wake up early." Tikki sounded like a mom. I sighed, she's turning into Alya.

"Just for a few minutes I promise I would give you extra cookies." I pleaded. She let out a dramatic sigh and agreed.

"Tikki Spots On!"

I swinged across the city. And ran on top of the rooftops on a Paris Night. I stopped to catch my breathe and sat down.

"Ladybug?" A voiced called from behind. I turned around and saw Nathaniel.

"What are you doing here?"

"Just out on patrol."

"This late at night?" He asked. Not gonna lie he looked cute with messy hair.

"No, Y/- I mean Phénix has gone missing since this Akuma attack earlier. I haven't seen her at all." I said.

"I'm sorry to tell you this Ladybug, But I saw her unconscious in an alley way. She's at the hospital." My eyes went wide I stood up and ran towards the hospital. If anything happened to her it's all my fault.

I went to the main desk and asked for Phénix I guess people were surprised I was there. The nurse told me that she was in the room right down the hall.

I speed walk to her room. And I gasped.

She wasn't there.

"What do you mean by closer then you think?" I asked Plagg.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaattttttt? When did I say that? You're cra-cra! Look at the time it's time for you to got to school! YAAAY! Hurry don't want your father to ground you right? Haha?" Plagg said and disappeared into my jacket.

I hate secrets.

I arrived at school and Did my hand shake with Nino.

"Hey bro!" Nino greeted.

"Did you hear about the disappearance of Y/N? She went missing yesterday. During the Akuma attack. And where did you go I only saw Marinette after that."

"I-uh I had to go my Father was um worried and he sent the I mean my bodyguard to eh pick me up.." I rambled. And Y/N missing unless she's. How stupid am I Of course it all makes sense!

"I have to go I just remembered I have my father it's urgent Uh bye! And cover for me please!" I ran to a hiding spot and transformed. I have to find Ladybug.
