1st step: cut negative people out of your life
One way to do this is to stop hanging out with bad influences and bad people. Being around positive people will really help you out. Who needs fake friends? keep all the true friends!
2nd step: get a normal sleep schedule
if you have an abnormal sleep schedule, maybe try to fix it. sleep deprivation can probably cause changes in mood, memory problems, and other issues with your mental state. give it a try
3rd step: if you are the type to goof around with your friends during class, teach yourself that school isnt one of those places to goof around in. If you are the antisocial type, its alright as long as you have one or two close friends. If you are the type who gets bullied, find a good and legitimate friend (real friends can come from anywhere. online even counts. online friends do count, yes) and ignore the bullying and learn why the bullies are doing it. (abusive parents, attention, social acceptance, to get away from personal insecurities and problems, ect) and dont stay silent, you should never stay silent if someone is doing something wrong to you. Speak up about it.
4th step: focus on your grades more than anything else. these are very important. they are what shape your future career and path of education. try to aim for A's.
5th step: don't follow the trends. be yourself!
