So this is my very first fanfic and I'm really sorry if it sucks, but I'm trying something new. I'm open to all feedback if it means making my writing better. Most chapters will be in 3rd person, but I'll specify if it's different Thank you for everything!

"Sophie! SOOOOPPPPHHHIIIIE! Hurry up already!" Biana yelled up the stairs of Havenfield, the home of Grady and Edaline Reuwen. Sophie and Biana were on their way to Atlantis to meet up with their friends. Keefe and Fitz has just started the Elite Levels a of couple weeks ago and they didn't have time to hang out until now. While Biana was reapplying her makeup for the third time in the past 10 minutes, Sophie was figuring out what to wear. She really wanted to impress Fitz. She hasn't seen him for a long time and after their last telepathy session, she wanted to impress him even more. Sophie had told him that she liked someone, but absolutely would not tell him exactly who. Being the nice person he was, he dropped the subject after half an hour of trying to guess who.

"Just give me a minute B!" Sophie yelled back, "I'm almost finished!" After choosing to wear a teal blue jerkin, black leggings, and very, very small, white heels, Sophie headed downstairs.

"We're going to be late Soph. You know we can't afford to be late."

"Yes but-"

"No buts Soph. If we're late, Fitz won't be happy. And that won't start off the trip on the right foot for you." Biana stated bluntly. Sophie hated how accurate she was. After defeating the Neverseen, Biana and Sophie had gotten even closer, which meant Biana knew almost everything about Sophie, love life and all. Of course, now Biana was occupied with either school or Dex. They had gotten together shortly after he realized that he wouldn't be good with Sophie.

"Yes I know B. Where were we meeting them again?" Sophie asked.

"At the Unity Fountain," Biana stated with a sly smile creeping on her face. "And Fitz said he has a surprise for you. And who knows what it could be." From the way she said that, Sophie began to feel suspicious, but she let it slide as she quickly pulled out her leaping crystal. Once they arrived, after the whirlpool and the sponge and all that stuff that Sophie still wasn't used to, they made their way to the Unity Fountain. As soon as she rounded the corner, Sophie made eye contact with Fitz. Only she didn't feel butterflies in her stomach anymore, but still, Fitz gave her his movie star smile and gave her a hug.

"Hey Soph! How've you been?" Fitz asked enthusiastically.
Soph? Since when did he call her Soph?

"Hey Fitz. I'm good, how about you?" She replied.

"Great now that you're here. Which reminds me, can I talk to you? Alone?" He added glaring at Keefe who had made his way over.

"Hey now," Keefe added, "You gotta let Team Foster-Keefe have a chance to say hey."

"Fiiiiiinnnnne... but I still have to talk to you Sophie." Fitz whined. Sophie just sat there as the boys fought over her.
Wow, she thought, two boys are fighting over time with me. That's a first.
Meanwhile, Biana and Dex were hugging for a very long time. All while Tam and Linh stood there awkwardly. After a whole lot of talking, Fitz finally got to talk to Sophie alone.

"So... um...Iwouldliketoknowifyouwoul
goonadatewithmeonSaturday?"

"What?" Sophie asked, though she was pretty sure she knew what he'd asked.

"I-I would like t-to know i-if you would go on a-a date with me on Saturday?" Fitz managed to stutter. Sophie stood there blushing and very shocked. As much as she had dreamed of this moment, she wasn't sure she wanted to anymore. But out of fear that Fitz would not talk to her, or get really angry, she agreed. Once they rejoined the group they all decided to go eat first. If only they knew what would happen.
