Annika's POV
I wake up to my phone ringing. I look at the caller ID and groan. I hit the big red button and turn my phone off. Hunter. There's a knock at the door as soon as I lay back down. I groan and get up. I open the door.
"I'm sorry." I shouldn't have been as surprised as I was to see Hunter standing outside of the door. I try to push the door shut but he holds it open with his foot. I end up giving up and let him up.
"I did it to protect you. I swear. I didn't want them to destroy us. And I thought by breaking up wtih you I would fix everything. But I didn't. I couldn't sleep last night Nikki. I can't lose you," He says as tears pour out of his eyes.
"You should have thought of that before you dumped me." I don't show any emotion. I don't yell, I don't cry. I just sit on the queen sized bed with no expression. I didn't want to give in.
"Don't push me away, Nikki. Forgive me. I'll do anything for you to forgive me." He uses the back of his hand to wipe his eyes.
"Begging for forgiveness isn't going to get you anywhere. I suggest you leave," I mumble standing up and walking over to the door.
"Nikki please." His voice breaks in between words. I just hold the door open. Another tear slips out of his eyes as he walks out of the hotel room. I shut the door and lean my back against it. I slide down the door. When I hit the floor, I pull my knees to my face and let the tears pour out of my eyes.
Hunter's POV
Once the door shuts I lean against it. My back slides down and when I hit the floor I wrap my arms around my legs and put my head down, sobbing.

So um... This is kinda cliche but I like it. So uh yeah!
