Sonic looks over and sees Silver trapped. He struggles as much as he can to pull the shrapnel out. When it comes out he screams in pain. He finally gets the strength to get up, and he sees the concrete start falling. He tries his hardest to start running towards it. That's when a hand reached out of the rubble and grabbed sonics leg. It would not let go with it's tight clench. Sonic was being forced to watch his friend perish.
"Silver! No! No get you're hand off me!" He struggles. He pulls the arm to reveal a green torso. With a feathery coat. It's Jet the Hawk. "Remember me ol boy? Oh I know you do." "You son of a-" he yells as he pins Jet to the ground by the neck. "Who sent you here!" He yells in full anger. "An employer, I hate you. He hates you. We had an understanding with each other." So he sent me to do, well this. Oh and you don't need to worry about your little girlfriend, she kept safe." He smirks.
"I'll kill you if you touch her!" He punched Jet in the face and knocked him out cold. Sonic passes out.
