Birthday

Today is Regina's birthday. Emma and Henry have planned a surprise party for her. Regina has said she doesn't want her birthday to be a big deal. Regina woke up early that day and went down the hall to find piper shouting "MUMMY" she went in and picked her up. "What's wrong my favourite little 1 year old" Regina says nuzzling her nose on pipers. "I'm hungry mummy" she says innocently. Regina laughed and said "come on let's get you some breakfast" Regina carried her downstairs and to the kitchen.

She put her in her high chair while she made her baby food. Whilst feeding her Emma came down. She bend over Regina's body behind her and kissed her cheek. "Happy birthday beautiful" she says rapping her arms around her waist. She smiled and said "morning baby" Emma pulled away and Regina finished feeding piper. She put the bowl into the sink and turned around to face Emma who instantly kissed her. When they pulled away Regina said "remember what I said" "not a big deal. Blah blah blah" Emma says cutting in.

Regina giggled and kissed her. Emma pulled away and put a tall rectangular box in her hands. It was wrapped up in birthday wrapping paper. "Emma I told you" Regina says but Emma cuts in "just open it. It's a funny gift I saw and had to get you" Regina smiled and opened it. Emma picked piper and put her on her hip. Regina looked at the gift and started laughing. "You are such a child" she says laughing at them. Emma giggled and kissed her head. "I'm serious em. 6 shot glasses with different sex positions" Regina says giggling.

Emma laughed and said "see we tried that one last night. And that one we can try tonight" they were cartoon people on the glasses. Regina's laughed and kissed Emma. "Thank you baby. I do like them. They made me laugh" Regina says looking into her eyes. Emma chuckled and said "your welcome" piper tried reaching for the box while saying "I wanna see" Regina hid it behind her back and said "no sweetie. Mummy is going to take you to get dressed" Emma walked towards the door while Regina put the shot glasses in the cupboard.

"Are we still going out for the day" Emma asked quickly. Regina hummed while nodding and said "yeah about 10" Emma smiled and walked out. She texted Henry.

Emma: be here after 10 x

Henry: got it. Mia is really good with this stuff so should be great x

Emma: thanks kid. Have you spoken to Neal x

Henry: no. He said he was coming but he's not in town yet. I'll text him now x

Emma: cheers. I got to go I need to get piper dressed bye love you xxx

Henry: love you two mum xxx

Neal and David had moved out of Storybrooke for Davids job. Neal has turned 17 and misses hanging with Emma all the time. They moved a few months ago. Emma took piper upstairs to get dressed. While she was getting herself dressed Regina was getting dressed and ready. They left the house for the day while Henry and Mia made it ready for the party. All the people arrived on time and were waiting for them to get there. Neal was running late.

Henry: don't bring mum home yet. We're not ready xx

Emma: but your mum is bored and piper won't stop crying and whining xx

Henry: mum

Emma: fine. Text me when your ready x

Henry: thank you x

Emma took Regina and piper to the ice cream place. Meanwhile Henry was waiting outside the backdoor for Neal. He texted him.

Henry: hey how far away are you

Neal: I'm on my way. The trains got delayed but I'm running and nearly there

Henry: ok hurry

Neal: will do

When Neal finally arrived Henry text Emma to come home. Neal is now tall with blonde hair and a cute smile. He looks a lot like Emma. David couldn't come today because he has work. Henry turned the lights of and everyone hid. Emma unlocked the door and the sound of Regina's laugh flooded in. She went to the lounge and turned the light on. Everyone jumped up and yelled "surprise" Emma had piper so Regina didn't get scare and drop her. Regina jumped up with how scared she was. She smiled at everyone and said "wow"

Emma laughed and said "happy birthday baby" Regina looked at her and kissed her softly. "Thank you" she says softly. Emma kissed her again before Regina looked at who's here. Henry came over and hugged her. Mia came over holding Katie and hugged her as well. She then saw Neal walking towards her. "Happy birthday Regina" he says in a deep voice. Regina smiled brightly and said "look who's all grown up and finally a man" he laughed a little and hugged her. Regina hasn't seen him for awhile.

He then went over and hugged Emma. Half way threw everyone dancing and having fun Emma went to the kitchen. She lit the birthday cake. Henry turned the lights of and Emma walked in. Everyone started singing "happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to Regina's happy birthday to you" Emma was at Regina as this point. She gave her the cake and stood behind her. "Make a wish baby" she whispered into her ear. Regina smiled and blew the candles out. Henry took the cake and Regina faced Emma.

"I wished for us to always be happy" she says smiling softly. Emma smiled back and kissed her. "That I can help with" Emma says smirking before kissing her again.
