i nervously walked into my friend louis house, the music blaring and the smell of alcohol creeping up to my nose.
"hey love, ready to play seven minutes in heaven?" louis said to me with a smile
"yeah! here." i said putting my purple ring into the hat he was holding
"c'mon then!" he said grabbing my hand and leading me to the kitchen where about 10 other people were sitting
"okay, i'll go first" louis said, reaching his hand into the hat
my breath hitched as i recognized the purple object he was holding in his hands.
"haha, okay, to my room!" louis said putting his arm around my shoulders and laughing.
we sat there awkwardly on his bed until i felt his hand grasp mine and interlace our fingers. his hands were soft and warm, sending tingles down my spine.
"i've liked you ever since i layed my eyes on you" he said quietly, looking at me with his ocean blue eyes.
the eyes i fell for so many years ago.
"i've liked you too boobear" i said smiling and giving his large hand a squeeze
he smiled and sighed in reliefe
"well then, Lacey Mae, would you like to be my girlfriend?" he asked, smiling his gorgeous smile
"i would love to" i said to him, giving him a kiss on the cheek
"TIMES UP!" someone yelled from the outside of the door
louis smiled and pulled me up, my hand still in his own.
***Louis and Lacey dated for 3 long years before he proposed to her. she said yes and lacey gave birth to two beatiful baby girls a year later. they named them Palmer and Paeton and have lived happily married for 22 years now***
