I'm staring at the house that I used to live in. Most of the buildings stayed are broken down or completely destroyed. However this one building stood up perfectly untouched. Mother "died" in front of this place "protecting" me from Maru. How can she play dead for 15 years, not even have the decency to tell her own children she survived.
"What are you thinking of Tiger?" Arisa came from behind me and stood next to me.
"Don't call me that." I said. It reminded me of Tokine.
"My sister went to go look at the water, she didn't want to learn about us or the clan so it's just Thundera, you, and me." Arisa said.
"You guys spoke?" I asked her.
"Kinda... she gives me attitude. I believe she might blame me for the fact that mom is dead, I don't really care, I grew up without her, but I'm sure Cassie has a different view on it."
"It probably is our fault her mother is dead."
"Again, I don't care."
"Well be sure to remind Cassie when you get a chance, I don't take betrayal likely, so what ever ill feelings she has towards our role with her mother she must remember who I am"
"You're not that scary so stop the act." Arisa said facing me with her arms crossed. "She is still my sister so you'll have to go through both of us."
I smiled.
"You see that big building." I pointed to a building behind Arisa that was caved in but still standing. "That's the library. That's where we're going."
"Great we have an understanding. Let's go." Arisa took my hand and began to run towards the library.
When we got to the library we were greeted by Thundera who was sitting on the steps.
"Took you lovers long enough." She snorted and got up. We all walked to the top of the stairs. The door to the inside was broken. When we entered everything was completely ruined.
"Theres nothing here, or at least nothing salvageable." Arisa said.
"That's because the secret database is below us." I said clapping my hands as a secret stairwell opened up in front of us.
"Woah, that's cool." Arisa said excitedly
"Only the Xavier's and the Xeron's knew about this secret passage." Thundera gloated.
"Want a cookie?" Arisa said sarcastically. I smiled. Thundera made a face at me. What did I do?
We all walked down the stairs. There were books upon books stacked up neatly next to each other. This is going to take longer than expected.
"Fuck me." I said for the third time in my life.
"Now or later?" Arisa asked.
"Later." I replied. She giggled.
I picked up a book that has the title Branches of The Exodia. I placed it in the book bag Thundera was carrying, I then began searching for a book that may have something to do with the Execution Eye.
"How exactly do we search for this book that you two are looking for." Thundera said rummaging through the books.
"Yeah, I have the same question... how exactly do we find it." Arisa said.
"The books aren't that cryptic so look for something like, Exodia Genetics, or Execution Eye of The Exodia. Some shit like that." I said.
"Eye of the Exodia." Arisa read outloud.
