Zak's POV:
I was in mid sentence, my father called me up to his office. I walked in, there he was sitting in a big, black leather arm chair. "So, hows the plan going? I want a progress report."
I leaned against the wall. "Well, I saved her life. So now she trusts me. I found out she's here for revenge. And I told her some sob story, so she doesn't expect that I'll be the one to lead her to her death." I met my father's blue eyes.
"Yes, it's falling perfectly into place. Once you 'free' all that don't believe in our project, they will see the truth."
"Well, I should get back, before she suspects any thing. Oh, and one little thing, can you punch me in the eye, so I can tell her I excaped."
"Of course." He grine, and I felt a pain in my eye.
She won't know what hit her.
______________________________Lily's POV:
I was laying. And i feel a sharp pain in my stomach... OH GOD NO!
Luckly enough for me, I awlays keep a couple of tampons in my bra.
Zak walks in. "Hey, I need to use the bathroom."
"Can it wait?"
Not wanting to go into detail, I looked at him. Urgency filled my face. "Look I need to go NOW."
"Okay. Okay." He helped me to my feet and escorted me to the bathroom. It was beautiful. Almost spotless, shiny white. I rushed to the toilet. Once I finished up, and cleaned myself up, I walked over to the sink, and washed my hands. I heard Zak pacing by the door.
"This is going to put off my plan." There was a wicked tone laced in his voice.
I knew I shouldn't trust him... I looked around, trying to find another way out. And I found a window. With bars on it. No way out...
"Hey, what's taking so long?" He knocked on the door.
"I'm almost done." I called back. Taking a deep breath, I walked out the door.
"Okay. You ready to get going?" Zak asked. I wanted it to seem like I trusted him.
"Yeah. So, what's the plan?"
"Well, I have a map here. And it shows us how to open a door in the dome. You can only open it from the inside. Plus I know where which guard will be at which time. It's full proof!"
"So we're going to just walk right to the door, and you're going to open it, without any issue?" I don't know what he was planning. But I was suspicious.
"Yeah. Excatly. Once we get there, I'll open the door, and you can go and be free."
The trail took a days walk. But we got to the door. He opened it. I stuck my hand through. Afraid that I was going to trip an alarm of some sort. I walked through. Which was a mistake.
The door quickly shut before I could enter again. Maybe the perfect world wasn't so bad. We were not living, but at least we were alive.
With no way to turn back, I ventured into the poisned and polluted veggitation.
Which is where I meet Lance and Amber...
