What a shame that peas are green,
Beans and Sprouts are too.
I'm sure they would taste better,
If they were pink or blue.
Grass is green and leaves are green,
And that seems right to me.
But broccoli and spinach,
Should be red, or orange be.
Purple grapes and strawberries red
Can come in my direction ~
But green things on your dinner plate,
Taste bad ~ There's no exception.
