The car was dead silent the rest of the way home, I ignored the fact the things that were yet to come to me and focused all of my attention on Davon I pictured him in my mind a thousand times tall, dark, and handsome would not even begin to cover all of his perfect complex features and then it hit me--he's mine.
I jolted upword when I heard Jasper say "Were home" I pulled my bookbag off the floor o the car surprised at it's weight slightly struggling before Jasper said "Let me get it" and took my bag off my shoulder and placed it on his giving me a half smile before heading in the house. We both went directly to the front door came in and I went to the Study, picked up a book and pretented to be very interested in this book before I heard Mom "Alexsandria Mariaha Salvatare! Come to the Kitchen NOW!" crap I was a gooner. I sulked to the kitchen knowing he had told my Mom and if you think this bad wait until my Father gets home. I gluped loudly. She eyed me and went across the kitchen with unhuman speed gazing at my necklace.
"Mom, please I can explain." I begged
"No, no I already know everything" My Mother said through her teeth one of my Mom's many talents
"Who is the boy anyway? A Astrocat? A human?" she eyed me
"No Mother! It's Davon!" I said quickly
" Well I still wish he came to us first" Mother said more calm
Just then I heard the front door creek open and bags being placed on the floor--Father.
